The soft serve ice cream was to be orange and vanilla and was to taste as a dream cycle but tasted like vanilla and the ice cream was gritty. They overkill the size were more of it melted on you instead of being able to eat it and went all over the place

Didn't like it at all, poor quality, pleasant service and the Ice Cream if that's what it is had a bad taste, and way over priced. Just not a very good experience. Won't revisit.
We were on our way home on the turnpike and decided to have an easy off/easy on rest break in Bedford. We stopped for ice cream at The Penguin since I had read online that they had vegan options. I was so happy to find not only did they have vegan ice cream made from oat milk, but that it wasn’t just vanilla but another flavor too. The oat ice cream was so good! My husband had a soft serve of pistachio and raspberry and said it was delicious as well. This is definitely worth a stop! The Penguin had a wide variety of ice cream flavors and soft serve flavors - great ice cream store!
