We stop here a few times a year and spend some time in the basement pub. There is always a great beer list with draft, bottles and cans. The Whiskey list is also impressive.

The food specials available in the pub are always delicious and creative.

This time we stayed in the B&B and the room was large and decorated with period furniture. We had our own bathroom and a fireplace which was great since it was a bit chilly that weekend.

Tom the owner just doesn't slow down and probably handles the jobs of what 10 employees should be doing.

It's good to stay busy and active as you get older but at some point you have to delegate some of your responsibilities to others.

The Golden Eagle has become a favorite when we visit Bedford. We’ve never been disappointed with any of our menu choices. Excellent selection of food, great portions, huge beer selection, attentive service and cozy atmosphere. Their Reuben is our “go to” and comes with choice of a salad or fries. Today we had incredible blackened mango shrimp tacos as a starter.

Visited Bedford for a few days and was so happy that I visited this Pub. These folks have to be some of the most pleasant and polite people I've had the opportunity to cross paths with in some time.

Although I didn't order any food I can say that after seeing and smelling what came out of the kitchen I wish I would've showed up on an empty stomach.

Really awesome environment, great selection and overall exceptional experience.

If you're in the area I'd highly recommend visiting. Tom and his staff are all class acts.

Pub, restaurant and inn. We at the restaurant and service was friendly and on point. Food was good with a surprising amount of seafood. We were told the pub has the same menu and there was a big book of beer as well. We will return, next time for a pint in the pub.

Cool atmosphere with a nice pub vibe. Ordered the potato leeks soup which was pureed and had an odd after taste. Was hoping for chunks of potatoes and a bit more cheese. The fried seafood platter was barely palatable. The seafood was very fishy. The dirty martini was just ok. The staff was great but that was about it. Won't be back.

Was out in Bedford for work and was looking for a place to eat dinner. The food and atmosphere was excellent. The staff were very kind and it was a great experience.

After dinner we were speaking with Tom, who's the owner, and he brought us upstairs to discuss bourbon. Tom was a great host and I really enjoyed speaking about our love for bourbon. Thanks Tom for that evening of good bourbon and conversation. I look forward to my next visit.

Amazing place to stop in for a bite or to have a drink. The food is amazing, with new additions and with a rotating drink list to match. Very good atmosphere, and the owners are the absolutely nicest people you could ever want to meet. Highly recommend!
