Tristan was our cashier at Wendy's. Wow! He was smiling and made eye contact with me. Waiting for my mom and I to finish glancing at their new menu items and respectfully knew when we were ready! He didn't interrupt us while ordering either( is that all???) he didn't have to because he read our nonverbal cues and responded in the respective manner. Amazing young man.
On to their dining room:
I love when we meet my parents and my son gets to go with his grandparents. Wendy's is the perfect meeting spot. We both drive 4+ hours to get there. Wendy's is the only place with a comfortable interior. Employees who engage with diners. The girl in the dining room effectively and efficiently cleaned the tables floor, and touched up smudges. Had time to interact with my son who was getting his wiggles out while we ate. They keep this place so clean I know that when my 2 year old tries to crawl out on their floor I KNOW WITHOUT ANY DOUBT that it has been cleaned recently. I dont cringe and it makes it easier to trust that their kitchen is just as well maintained and cleaned regularly.
Onward to the food: We ordered 2-10 peas chicken nuggets. Two medium fries. We ordered a large chili with sour cream and cheese and a chicken wrap and a kids meal. A chicken nugget kids meal for my youngest and a large soda and three frosties to get at the end of our order. When we were finished eating the food came out so hot. It was fresh. It was well seasoned and they serve their food with a smile. feels like we're just walking into a family restaurant like this is a place that we go to connect with. My family and Wendy's has been a beautiful part of that. They ask my children. How are you? How are you doing today? They talked directly to them instead of assuming that they don't want conversation. They're courteous to my friends or my brother were accurately who is on the spectrum and you know engaged him with respect and dignity and did not shame any part of our family reunion and I am so glad that this has been our spot now for 6 years, multiple times per year. We meet at this Wendy's and every time it is fabulous and we have no issues. If we've ever had an issue, they've resolved it quickly, quietly and with an apology this Wendy's goes above and beyond. We love it here!!!

Every single time I order from her via doordash, I'm missing items from my meal. Every time. If I didn't want parts of my meal, I wouldn't have ordered those items. I don't understand how it's hard to read items off a list and make sure everything is in the bag. Don't eat here unless you'd like to miss half of your order

It is ridiculous to spend almost $4 for an unsweetened tea! But when I did get the over priced tea it tasted moldy, like the machine hadn't been cleaned in a long time. So paying that much money for something that was gross was even more disappointing.

Stopped here on a road trip back home from NJ. Of course, needing to use the bathroom and order food. The bathroom was disgusting. There was dried poop and urine on the toilet seats. Looks and smells like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. I happen to use the facilities at the same time as the manager on duty and she didn’t even wash her hands. Needless to say we immediately left and had to eat elsewhere. #disgusting

I was impressed with the speedy accurate service. It was very busy, with a long line. We had ordered ahead on the app and didn't have to wait. Our order had several customizations and everything was correct. Staff seemed very efficient.

This was the friendliest fast food experience I have had in a very long time! In addition, despite it being 2 pm the food was all hot and fresh!

I was just stopping at the charging station next door while traveling and picked out Wendy's as 'the least bad option', but it was way better than I expected!

Very slow service, there were five employees standing around as one employee cooked and one employee took orders. The employee taking orders(and handling money) was then using their unwashed and ungloved hands to bag the cooked food.

Beyond the unsanitaryness, the food was also cold as they did not use heat lamps, and would let 5-10 burgers pile up before plating/bagging it. I don't know how this Wendy's is so highly rated.
