The restaurant is outdated and dark. The food was very good it is the atmosphere more than anything.

Burn the location down and never put one up. Worst experience I have had in any fast food restaurant that I have ever been too. I certainly understand work force issues, but that location is poorly managed and poorly run. I will never visit ANY PIZZA HUT because of this past experience

I had a horrible experience with the customer service hotline at Pizza Hut. I finally got in touch with the store and I spoke to Shannon the manager and she was great! She helped me with all of my issues that I had and gave us a credit on our account. Not only did she do that, I received a call from the General Manager, Eric. He was following up and he was just as nice as Shannon was. I appreciate everything that they had done and I truly felt like I was a customer that meant something to them. I will defiantly go back there again as they can only do the best that they can with the shortage of people that want to work. Thanks again!!!
You put the wrong toppings on one of my pizzas. It was awful. Both pizzas were under-cooked. So paying a little more attention might help. Also you have stopped giving plates and napkins with your pizzas. That makes it very inconvenient to eat your food.

The convenience is great. My husband was doing some work for a customer and we just had it delivered there. However I ordered boneless wings and they never showed up in my cart. The delivery driver stated that I was the 2nd person it happened to.

When my husband got our order home he was missing the 2 leader that was supposed to come with our oder. It would have been nice to have for we did pay for it. He did not realize until he was home that he did not have it. If the works could make sure that customers have their complete order that would be great.

Yesterday I ordered pizza and fried pie bites. The crust is dry and not fresh. The ingredients aren't good. The same for the bites. Www, awful, yuk. They're food has been getting worse. It's hit rock bottom bad. I will not order pizza hut any more.
