The food is amazing, of course, so I hate to give less than 5 stars... But it's sometimes upwards of 10 minutes standing at the counter waiting on someone to take a phone call. Don't ignore the people in your establishment in favor of someone calling in. And it's not one single person doing this, it's everybody. Which tells me they're told to do that. Whoever instructed them to prioritize the phone over people physically at their counter... You need to rethink your customer service practices.

Best Buffalo Chicken cheesesteak I have ever had. Perfectly cooked, fresh house made bread, amazing buffalo flavor, so good! My son loved his kids chicken nugget meal as well! Very friendly staff and great prices. Definitely worth going out of your way to order from the Beech Creek location. Can’t wait to order again! Came in near closing time and the staff was super welcoming. Quickly got us food to go and were super nice. Conveniently located close to the state park campground. Great selection of food. Had salads and they were both really good.

Got a couple of large pies while camping at Bald Eagle. Full of toppings and cheese. The best pizza I've had in a long time.

The worst service you can imagine took over an hour for drinks our food was never put in our salad dressing was never given for our salad and nothing was done about our food not even going in the oven!! Looked at us like it was our fault! We just left no sorry this happened that you waited over an hour nothing they clearly need to hire staff.

Called at 5:30 with our order…… was told 6:00 pick up! Left there with our 3 pizza’s at 6:20… seriously need a better system of getting orders out on time! I could understand if the place was busy, but not another sole in the business! ?
