The so called non name giving district manager, a lady claiming to be the district manager there has some issues freaking out on customers trying to use their app. code.She went ballistic over a code use attemp for a simple cotton candy drink.Simply unacceptable.The ice cream cups are so small compared to other Burger Kings with a giggling kid, thinks he's funny to serve, stick to other Burger Kings for larger ice cream ? cups, these are two bites miserable! ? They need to up the size as the other Burger King stores for the same price!Other Burger King locations serve a $1.00 small ice coffee vanilla, mocha choices, before tax. This location the same size, exact same is $1.69 before tax. Prices are higher, nothing is standard for Burger King anymore, customers see the difference, see the cable food success shows for how standard larger sizes, portions would be noticed by customers for best return visits from them.This week they need to do better.

This burger King is usually a hit or miss but more times a miss. There was quite a lime at the drive thru and people and it took too much time inside. I watched multiple people the drive thru and inside as well leave. The trash was full every where ND tables were not clean. The pop machine was gross and a mess and the man there said it hasn't been working right. I'm sure there were call offs or something. I felt bad for the people working so hard and fast to try and keep people happy.

The place is terrible anymore. I don't complain a lot, and I hate doing it, BUT if I could give a half star, I would. Ordered my food through the drive-through and was asked to pull forward after I paid. So I did, and I pulled behind another customer. We BOTH sat there for over 20 mins "no lie" waiting on our food. The first customer got his food, and I waited an additional 5 mins for mine. I got out of my car and walked back to the drive through window where the workers looked at me several times but wouldn't open the window so I could get a refund and move along with my day or even ask me if everything was OK. I got back in my car, and another 5 mins went by. 30 mins total for a whopper with cheese and chicken fries. The owner of this place needs to attend to his store for a few days and get things moving along. 0 out of 10 I will not be back! FYI, there were only two customers in the drive-through and not one single person inside waiting to order or eating.
