I’ve been to this Burger King twice, and it was two times too many. On both occasions we waited over 15 minutes in the drive through. Both times we didn’t get exactly what was ordered and the second time the food was completely cold. The one employee was texting while wearing gloves, completely defeating the purpose. They were annoyed that we asked for the sauce that we ordered and just said they were out of it; we had to ask for a substitute 3 times. Workers are slow...read full review
They were short staffed, literally 3 people in the store. You could tell tension was a little high. But they didn't let it affect them, everyone was super nice and professional albeit a little frustrated at the situation. Big fan of the staff and mad props to them for handling the situation so well
These young folks where swamped and dealing with some rude mouthy customers when I got there. They handled it well and my food was great. 👍🏻

Burger King is a hit or miss with food quality and service. The staff can be rude and unprofessional, with frequent arguments and swearing. Long wait times and cleanliness issues are common, with overflowing trash and dirty tables. Despite some shortcomings, the drive-thru service is fast and efficient, with a nice touch of giving treats to pets.
