Had to wait 20 minutes in pull up space. Ordered 12 pc strip meal a for mashed, slaw, Mac cheese as sides. Got charged extra for a small Mac cheese. Got home and chicken was very greasy and under cooked. Bix all wet with grease. Had to cook in oven to be able to eat.
I ordered food from there and it was old and dried out. I will not go back there for business there are other restaurants in that area and I never got food like that from any other restaurant....
Ordered two 8 piece meals walked in when doors opened....said it would be about 10 minutes....no problem....couple minutes later my food was ready...got i to my car...tried a piece of chicken was dry as could be ..tried another the same ...went i to 2nd bucket same thing...i was getting reheated chicken...i took it back in and was told they dont reheat the chicken...which was BS!!!!
