I have no issues with the staff at Starbucks
However, when closing down the store at 6pm with no access to the lobby, there should be some form of communication with the drive thru.
I sat in the line for 15min for them to close down 5min or so before 6pm.
If you only have drive thru open, maybe place a cone at the beginning to avoid the cars that keep coming.
