These grills are best. Easy transport and cleaning.they are worth every penny. I bought my grill 7 years ago and still going strong with no problems. I just ordered a cooker for large pots of ( lobster,corn or chili)

We run a rental company and Big John's products and service are great! I like the availability of parts and they are easy to fix. Their grills and griddles are heavy duty and last forever. Very unhappy with the quality of service with this company. I have used their product and have been very happy in the past. We ordered a new grill this year and it came damaged. The outside box that we inspected upon delivery was fine . Once we opened the box the handle on the grill was bent badly. I talked to Steve at the company and he said it was not their fault. It was the freight company. Steve would not do anything but offer to sell me a new grill top. Steve said that I could file a claim with the trucking company but most likely not get anything. I was very disappointed that this was all they would do!!! This is the first time I have ever done a negative review. I have been in business for 26 years and have never seen a company respond in this manner.

Customer service, quality sales information and return policy are not optimal. If you are not 100% sure if these products will be a solution, do not make purchase.
