My daughter who is at a friends house placed an order for delivery. She was told 20 minutes. 2 hours later no food. When I tried calling to see what was happening, the call center couldn't help me. I was transferred to Bellefonte site but disconnected. I had to call all over again and wait on hold for call center to answer. Of course they couldn't help. Had to transfer to Bellefonte site. I pride myself on supporting local businesses. When Domino’s first opened up in Bellefonte I was happy to order from them and happy to support my community. However I can no longer support them. A while back I ordered a pizza and it came very late and completely wrong. Because we were starving by then we did eat the pizza and did call and mention very nicely that it was wrong so that they would know. They were very polite and credited our account for a later date.
