2 times in less then 2 weeks I've ordered Buffalo chicken pizza to receive them with no Buffalo sauce, told I have 2 free pizza and then when I go to redeem them they tell me I only have a $20 credit, what a joke looks like I'll start ordering elsewhere

Just placed a $30 pick up order, 2 large pizzas and one stuffed breadsticks. Both pizzas I had ordered no garlic seasoning and both pizzas were made with garlic anyway (frustrating) so I called after getting home and seeing them and the dude on the phone didn't apologize for the inconvenience or the waste of food or gas since these pizzas won't be eaten and we live 30 mins away or anything. Nice to know allergens aren't taken seriously and no one apologizes for their errors. 🙄 Wont order from them again.

ordered a large pizza at 10:00 and it didnt arrive until 11:20 and was a medium instead of a large. also call service has not yet picked up the call after 30 minutes of hold.

Had a pretty long delivery a week or so ago. Got the automatic points for it being late. Went to claim these points the other night but can't use it as there's a $14 minimum for delivery. Thought maybe it was just because it was later at night, so I went to do it just now but still can't.
I have ordered pizza pretty often (like once or twice a week) from this establishment before, food is good quality but this experience makes me not want to order from here until that is either lowered or includes all the fee's that are slapped onto the order. As with the fee's it was closer to $12, and was going to give a $7 tip. Quite disappointed and it makes me not want to order from here much from now on.

I’ve been to a lot of dominos in my life, and this is BY FAR the best one yet. They must put all of their love into that pizza. Their delicious pizza was so good it led me to fix my relationship with my father. We cried and hugged over the most delicious pie. Thank you Bellefonte Dominos for the impact you’ve had in my life. The delivery driver was driving on the wrong side of the road while on his phone. We got his attention to avoid him driving head on into us then he proceeded to call us racial slurs.

This is the worst dominoes I have ever dealt with. Frequently when I order online for delivery at a later time for my lunch at work they have been so late with the delivery I didn't have time to eat and they tell me when I call that they are busy... but I put my order in at least 2 hours in advance. My order is often wrong. Tonight I ordered a bread bowl pasta with Philly steak mushrooms and onions what I got was pasta with pepperoni mushrooms and onions. Often they put almost none of some toppings and when you call to make ac complaint they are rude and careless. If really seems that no one there from management on down cares at all about their customers.

I was having a horrifically bad week especially today. I ordered my food through the app and then tried to drive to the store. Unfortunately, the road was closed and Google maps told me I arrived when Iwas nowhere near the store. So I called the young lady who was working and asked her where the store was. After asking me where I was because I’m not from anywhere near here had no idea where anything was. She explained how to find the store and walked out to the side street and brought me my food. Until Absolutely phenomenal employee for Domino’s! Definitely deserves a raise.

I go to the Dominos in Bellefonte and i havent had any issues there. I still like Dominos and Pizza Hut though i know their quality has gone down some. I got a baked hoagie and its wasnt the greatest thing i have very little meat on it and being thats all that is on it they could use a little more. Overall i think there is quality is better than alot of places and will return to Dominos till they give me a reason not too. When i ordered from Norrh Atherton i never had an issue there either.
