Used to go here all the time but now a large is half the ice and they've gotten crazy skimpy on flavors. Went from my go to place to cool off to mediocrity I'm fine without.

Honestly this place is so good and reasonably priced. It's gonna be a sad day if and when they leave Bellefonte.
I recommend the Lerperechaun (if you go around March), but a wonderful staple [i know, trust me...] is Coffee with Cream.
That's what my girlfriend and her mom get and it's too good. Cant wait to go again!

Awesome service and a fun place for the whole family. Pelicans is one of my families favorite treat and we go there often! There are so many yummy options to choose from. Dine in or out or, take a stroll through the nearby park. Options for your pets too!

Cute snoball shop. With indoor seating and outdoor seating and little play area. Very friendly staff. There's also a location in Sunbury, Pa but it's not as big as this location.

I came here with my niece and I will most certainly be back the snowcone flavor was amazing and a 4 dollar regular is more than enough for an adult the pricing is very fair and having color changing spoons for the kids is a nice touch for only 50 cents
Parking: parking right out front with 2 van accessible handicap parking spots
Kid-friendliness: every flavor on the board has a funny description and when you get a gummy for your snow cone it's hidden in the middle so your child can have fun digging for it
Wheelchair accessibility: there is a ramp on the left side of the building directly in front of the 2 handicap spot
