Ashlynn was our server the first time and took such great care of us. The host (whose name I didn’t get) was so friendly and personable both times as well. Just such a great atmosphere from the moment you walk in until you leave. The second time we came back Ashlynn recognized us when she dropped off our burgers. She’s the best!
Honestly one of the best burgers in state college, plus you get to customize it! And their desserts are insane.
This is our new spot every time we are craving burgers. This beats the field, champs and Quaker steak and lube.

We've spent a lot of money at this place over the years. Sadly, tonight, during the Bellefonte parade, our 4 year old daughter had to pee. I tried taking her in for a quick bathroom break. The owner was very stern with us and could have easily had a nicer tone or attitude towards us. Bathrooms are for customers only. Food and service has always been good at this business.

We recently moved to State college from out of state and were recommended State Burger. Our first date night out, and it was worth the short drive! The burgers are fresh, and the opportunities and endless with what you can create. My husband got the brioche bun, and although I love pretzel buns, I would say the brioche was better here. The fries were so good, as were the shakes! The customer service was top notch! Our kids are begging for a family night out here after hearing how much we loved it here!

It was the best burger that I have ever eaten!! I will be going at least 3 times a week!
First time coming to State Burger Co. and I was really impressed. The place was clean and inviting. The workers were very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the decor. Instead of giving you a mint at the end of your meal, you get a mini Cows Tail. ? Nice touch! There is along the street parking. Just be prepared to pay the meter.
I ate her twice while in town. Both times were great. Day 1 I got the Big Beaver burger Day 2 I got the Ole Slew Foot burger ? Both were fantastic. The service was excellent.
