“I have eaten here many times but this past Saturday the food was OUTSTANDING! We started the the shrimp and steak tips the flavor was on point. We then had the lamb chops and the scallops. Everything cooked to perfection and the seasoning was fabulous. I think something must have changed because the bar has been lifted as we throughly enjoyed our dinner.”

“Bar was packed on a Saturday night. They had a band that started late, which went into the DJ time. There was a certain crowd for the band, and then it switched to the crowd for the DJ. DJ played hip-hop. The food was ok. Service was extremely slow, but they were short-handed. Staff seemed pretty nice except being overwhelmed. I'm not sure if it's like that all the time as it was the Saturday before Halloween and was touted to be a Halloween Party.”

“After the Common show Friday March 15th, we decided to grab a bite at Chickie & Pete's. Unfortunately after that our #GirlsTrip went into a spiral. SOMEHOW a little over an hour after the server "MAGGIE" took possession of her Visa debit card, said card was used to make 2 online casino gambling transactions. The next day when the fraudulent transactions were discovered the 1st for $200, the 2nd for $100, she contacted her bank & they canceled her card. A major inconvenience especially when you use your card for automatic bill paying. I immediately contacted the Parx casino call center for information & I also placed a call to Chickie & Pete's. The casino told us to come in & file a report with security. I received a call back almost immediately from C&P's Asst. Gen Manager "Sue" & was told she'd look into it. When we arrived back to the casino, security refered her to the Bensalem, Pa PD & she made a criminal report with them. AGM Sue, a very dismissive & unapologetic woman, said she reviewed the camera footage and found no wrongdoing on her employee's part...case closed!! When I asked her if the card had ever left Maggie's hands, she snapped "I will NOT be interrogated by YOU"!! but did eventually confirm that NO ONE other than Maggie had had possession of the card. She then asked if my friend was sure she didn't make the transactions herself or give her card to someone or perhaps lose it? The problem with these half hearted attempts at dismissing us was #1....her card went immediately back into her wallet after Maggie returned it to her so no it was not lost, stolen or given to anyone. And #2... unlike myself, my friend is not a gambler & even if she were, why in the world would she be in an actual casino (which is where we remained after eating) when the theft was committed & use an online casino/gambling app? So NO, none of those scenarios makes much sense but I guess she had to come up with ANYTHING that might dispel responsibility away from herself, Maggie & C&Ps. OR perhaps Sue is just purposely naïve of how easy it is to obtain the CC#, CVV code & EXP date from a patrons card using perhaps a cell phone's camera to capture such info for later use. The fact that someone is careful enough to not get caught on camera committing the act, is just a testament to how good they've become at doing it. So if you decide to patronize this establishment, THINK TWICE before using your credit card and especially think twice before using your debit card!!”

“I do recommend Apple Pizza, but something has changed. I’m not sure if the kitchen personnel are different or what. My go to dish is the Seafood Pescatore. The past couple of months, it hasn’t been as well seasoned as it was before. It used to be awesome. Now its good. I add some salt and pepper to try to return to the original flavors. I’ve also had food delivered cold. But that was just once. I ask for it hot now just to be sure that it goes out as soon as it is ready. The food is generally good. My husband likes the pizza with the works and the cheesesteak with everything on garlic bread.”

“I wanted to taste and see what the difference was between Italian Ice and Water Ice. I have to say it's good but if you are borderline diabetic don't try water ice. They need a smaller serving size which is my only complaint. I had the sour apple, with vanilla ice cream and vanilla soft serve on the top, but I couldn't make it to the vanilla ice at the bottom of the cup. Very good prices and service was good.”

If you’re a Halloween aficionado (think Beetlejuice, Edward Scissorhands, Nightmare Before Christmas), put this cafe on your to-do list. They’re offering spooky themes and treats year-round with an eclectic interior and friendly staff (with a monster 8’ skeleton stationed outside to boot). We got a Beetlejuice latte (mocha espresso matcha latte) and a regzi cappuccino. Their beans are roasted in-house and speciality menu rotates monthly. Def a festive, fun stop.”

“I have known and visiting this place for almost 4 years now. I have tried many different boba tea places in and around philadelphia, somehow most of the places I tried disappointed me. The 7 cup was the only place which I liked among the other places. This place had good quality boba which were enhances the whole Thai tea experience. My favorite drink is Brown Sugar Matcha Milk tea, the earthy flavor of matcha blends perfectly with the creaminess of the milk, making it a refreshing and satisfying drink.
My experience at this place was good 9/10 times. Very rarely I was disappointed with their drink. It’s bit on the costlier side given the size of the drink, but I don’t mind spending a dollar more where I know that the money is worth it and its like once in 2/3 months.”

“I had my daughter’s 12th birthday at Valley Pizza with about 22 of her soccer team friends. We also had about 12 parents stay. From the moment we arrived the staff was nice and attentive. Pizza and fries were delicious and everyone had a great time.”
