“After the Common show Friday March 15th, we decided to grab a bite at Chickie & Pete's. Unfortunately after that our #GirlsTrip went into a spiral. SOMEHOW a little over an hour after the server "MAGGIE" took possession of her Visa debit card, said card was used to make 2 online casino gambling transactions. The next day when the fraudulent transactions were discovered the 1st for $200, the 2nd for $100, she contacted her bank & they canceled her card. A major inconvenience especially when you use your card for automatic bill paying. I immediately contacted the Parx casino call center for information & I also placed a call to Chickie & Pete's. The casino told us to come in & file a report with security. I received a call back almost immediately from C&P's Asst. Gen Manager "Sue" & was told she'd look into it. When we arrived back to the casino, security refered her to the Bensalem, Pa PD & she made a criminal report with them. AGM Sue, a very dismissive & unapologetic woman, said she reviewed the camera footage and found no wrongdoing on her employee's part...case closed!! When I asked her if the card had ever left Maggie's hands, she snapped "I will NOT be interrogated by YOU"!! but did eventually confirm that NO ONE other than Maggie had had possession of the card. She then asked if my friend was sure she didn't make the transactions herself or give her card to someone or perhaps lose it? The problem with these half hearted attempts at dismissing us was #1....her card went immediately back into her wallet after Maggie returned it to her so no it was not lost, stolen or given to anyone. And #2... unlike myself, my friend is not a gambler & even if she were, why in the world would she be in an actual casino (which is where we remained after eating) when the theft was committed & use an online casino/gambling app? So NO, none of those scenarios makes much sense but I guess she had to come up with ANYTHING that might dispel responsibility away from herself, Maggie & C&Ps. OR perhaps Sue is just purposely naïve of how easy it is to obtain the CC#, CVV code & EXP date from a patrons card using perhaps a cell phone's camera to capture such info for later use. The fact that someone is careful enough to not get caught on camera committing the act, is just a testament to how good they've become at doing it. So if you decide to patronize this establishment, THINK TWICE before using your credit card and especially think twice before using your debit card!!”

“Drove in from NYC and just wanted to have a drink and a little snack till our hotel was ready but got so much more. The hype of a Philly cheesesteak at all these known spots was disappointing the last time I visited Philly . but here I had the best Philly cheesesteak I've ever had in my life the owner / chef was so accommodating I could never have picked a better place . We are going to be driving in from New York just to go there and enjoy the company of the nice bartenders and have more Philly cheesesteaks from this amazing place. I've been craving them like crazy !!.”

“I finally get to try this place out. I personally love seafood boil. Just like other seafood boil, Crafty Crab serves fresh meaty seafood. My friends and I ordered clam chowder, a truffle fries, calamari, crab cakes , breadsticks, and a seafood platter with ramen.

The clam chowder was creamy. Not sure if it’s cause we each tried some to see if we like it, but I didn’t even taste any clam in the soup! The truffle fries were very crispy, definitely can tell it’s freshly made. Breadsticks and crab cakes, on the other hand, were slightly overcooked. They are no golden brown but darker brown color to me. Maybe that’s the way they cook and serve them. As for the main dish, the seafood patter with ramen, it was not bad. I normally order butter or max two flavors, but this time, the group wants to try triple flavors. It wasn’t bad but slightly salty, which is predictable, but definitely flavorful. This is the first time i add ramen to my seafood boil. It was delicious. The ramen soaked up all the sauce and flavors. Well worth trying.

The restaurant itself was pretty big with many tables and, I believe, two party rooms. Great for special occasions and celebrations. They have a big parking lot so parking shouldn’t be too much of a problem.”

“The Indian Hut serves up real authentic flavors! The Malai Soya Chaap was incredibly creamy and well-seasoned, and the Vegetable Noodles and Fried Momos were both fresh and delicious. The highlight was definitely the robot high-tech touch that makes the experience stand out. Just a heads-up: they do take a bit of time to prepare the food, so expect a longer wait, but the quality is definitely worth it if you aren't in a rush.”

“This has been my go to coffee spot for years. Faith, Maggy and the entire crew are awesome! It feels like I’m grabbing coffee at a friend’s place. The coffee is fantastic and my iced americano is consistently the same taste which I really like. I am in and out within minutes, ideal for a quick stop on the run. All in all great coffee shop!”

“Wow wow wow, I love it here. It’s so much more than just a supermarket. In the back, there’s a restaurant and let me tell you, the food is delicious. I’ve had the birria tacos, sopes de pollo, nachos con frijoles negros y crema, plus the guacamole and chips, and everything has been amazing. I also love their agua de Jamaica.

My partner has tried the regular tacos, guacamole and chips, churros, and sodas, and he’s loved everything he’s had. I’ve also tried their hot chocolate, which was so warm and tasty. I go there a couple of times every month because it’s just that good.

They also sell bracelets and accessories, which is such a cute touch. Honestly, they have it all. You really just have to go inside and see for yourself.

The people who work there are so sweet and welcoming. I’m from Colombia, and every time I go, it feels like home. I feel relaxed and comfortable, and I love that they have two huge TVs playing movies, sports, or novelas.”

“First time at a Golden Corral. I have to say it was good. I didn't know what to expect but the process was simple. We came for lunch and we explained we had never been there so the woman up front said lunch was being served. She asked if we wanted to order steaks as lunch doesn't have AYCE steak so we did. Very affordable. We also ordered our drinks as well ahead of time as we were told we would get a server which was unexpected.

Cost was $50 for 2 adults even though my son was with me, he is 13, and that's an adult price but only a $1 or so more than kid pricing. This includes the 2 steaks (cooked medium) and 2 drinks (lemonade). We were sat immediately and waited for our server. We explained we were 1st timers and she gave us the rundown. Very helpful. She said she would be back with our drinks and get our steaks cooked to order. We went up the the buffet and checked out the offerings.

He was happy to find mac and cheese, French Fries, cheeseburgers and hotdogs while I was happy to find pork, chicken, steamed broccoli, meatloaf and mashed potatoes. I was skeptical about the broccoli but it was fresh and delicious the meatloaf was flavorful but I wish it was a little more dense to hold it's shape but good anyways. The mashed potatoes were well seasoned and very delicious. I was again surprised. The 2nd trip up we looked around more and saw everything that they had to offer. I wish I tried the chili but I grabbed some roasted chicken, zucchini and pot roast with veggies. Again everything was well seasoned.

The waitress came over with our steaks just as we sat down. I will say my son's steak was cooked perfectly medium. Mine on the other hand was definitely well done. It still was tender just overcooked for my preference. I did not complain or send back as that's just not my style. I tried the steak with the golden corral branded steak sauce and was happy thay the sauce was similar to A1 which is a plus in my book. The steak didn't need the sauce but it was a welcome addition. After this plate we were getting full so desert was on the menu. Both hand scooped and soft serve are available. The hand scooped you need to ask for assistance. My son really like it and the soft serve was good as well.

My overall thought are the steaks need to be cooked at the temperature ordered. Offer other pasta options. There was 1 baked ziti option that I saw and 2 rice options. Having other pasta options would be great especially since they had bourbon chicken which could have paired with a lo mein noodle instead of white rice. Having a mixed veggie option instead or in addition to the broccoli would be appreciated. I would also liked to have seen an option for serve your own fountain drinks. That was unusual in my opinion to have to have a server bring that when you self serve yourself everything else. Also the tipping is weird for the server. I paid first and ate after but on the receipt it shows tip amounts. I paid with a debit card however if I wanted to leave a tip it seemed like I would need to leave cash, which I did however it would be nice to have another option and I wasn't sure how to do that after eating.

We will be back to try breakfast on the weekends or dinner as we enjoyed the overall experience and value.”

“This is a clean and nice Panera.
I got a chicken pesto dipper. the sandwich was nicely prepared. The flavors married well. The down side to this new offering is the bowl is too small to dip the sandwich in. Two bites then dip. A shorter and wider container is needed. And would help the feeling of being shorted on the soup as it is only half full. I get that is the serving. It is the optics.
