The staff is consistently rude, especially the man who seems to be the manager. I've given this place multiple chances, but every visit has been the same.

A relative has been coming her for the past few months and has had a great experience and this is why I tried this place again. Last time l came here was 2017 and the experience wasn't good, there was a guy on a phone behind the counter all loud and then when he was done his phone call the guy started scolding two employees- and they were scrambling in fear, and the guy basically looked at us as if we were bothering him- we just wanted to be waited on and buy food, obviously we left and didn't spend any money here, you look back at it now and it's quite comical but at that time it wasn't and I never returned in over 9 years. Because of the relative's experience, word of mouth we decided to try this place again. This time in 2026 we were greeted by friendly, professional staff, there were 3 ladies and they were all very nice and attentive. We ordered a pizza, fries and got drinks, we grabbed a booth and our food was brought to us by a friendly gentleman staff member. The pizza was very good, reminds me of good pizza you get in Philly or boardwalk pizza, the fries were good and the cheese whiz was excellent. The fountain sodas were very good. The indoor seating is definitely old school pizza shop style which is very nostalgic, I liked it. We will definitely be back again and overall very pleased with the whole experience. Glad to see that customer service is a priority and we felt that from the staff. Also this pizza is probably one of the best in Bensalem, after eating almost every pizza place in Bensalem, this Stefano's II is the next best pizza to Philadelphia pizza shops down in the city -not northeast Philly, I have yet to find a good pizza in northeast Philly. Anyway I say give this place a try and I think you will definitely enjoy the quality of pizza they have here, it was served hot and fresh, was very tasty.

Food is alright , ordered and they didn’t bring my drink , like what I paid for it and expected to sit down after working a 10hr shift and drink my soda & eat my food together . Offered to give me a credit or bring it back but it’s not even the point , get my order right please, I can’t even enjoy my room temperature pizza you guys sent me with a cold soda 🙄

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I called to order two cheesesteak strombolis, got disconnected, called back immediately, and a different woman took my order and told me it would be ready in 20 minutes.

When I arrived, no one had any record of my order. Instead of apologizing or trying to make it right, the staff became rude, aggressive, and outright hostile. They then tried to gaslight me by insisting I ordered two cheesesteaks, which is completely false. When I corrected them, I was told, “If you don’t like it here, get out.”

That is disgusting behavior toward a paying customer. Mistakes happen — but this level of disrespect, attitude, and incompetence is unacceptable. This place clearly doesn’t value customers at all. I will never return and strongly recommend others take their business elsewhere. Embarrassing and disgraceful.

Your response only reinforces my original experience!!! Technical issues may explain a dropped call, but they do not excuse rude behavior or telling a customer to “get out.” A simple apology or attempt to accommodate would have resolved this — instead, there was defensiveness and blame-shifting.

I was not aggressive; I calmly explained my order and was met with attitude, not customer service. Mistakes happen, but how you handle them matters. I stand by my experience.

Pizza is amazing. Both the red or a white. Service is on point every time I was in there . If you like chicken cheese steaks, theirs hands down are the best in the area .

There service and delivery is terrible everytime I get food delivered comes cold waits to long order cheesesteak hoagie and I get 2 half slices of tomato ask for extra owner says really yes I asked for a cheesesteak hoagie means lettuce tomato and steak not 2 little slivers of tamato good food just need better service and stop being cheap with ingredients etc!!!!
