Whoever is the owner or acting like the owner is very rude when there's a problem that they cause , you call to let them know politely that there was a mix up and the young man that answered is trying to be nice and understand but then so rude guy w a heavy accent not Italian by the way, starts yelling and says if u want to change it you have to pay it's your fault, I being a good person and have worked all my life in pizza and restaurant business understand that customers can be a handful but when I worked no matter who was wrong if you bank on you customers to keep ur business open then you should be at least understanding, w that said I never demanded anything free but they made me pay for something I didn't order but because it was for my young child at the time I pd for the right thing to be made but this guy still had an anger problem and kept saying mean things and I just kept my cool and said it doesn't matter if u that doesn't speak English miss understood or if I said the wrong order, what matters is getting it right he kept screaming that was the last time I ever ordered there and will never in my life unless I know they changed owners plus all the employees due to not knowing who it was actually I won't ever order from there period..and I live down the street and a young teen me and my friends would go get munches at the valley when we were kids but back then the valley was the best I'm talking in the 90s it wouldn't let me put no stars or that's what I would of gave no stars,,

I’ve been a loyal customer of Valley Pizza for years, and I can’t say enough good things about this place! Lou, the owner, has created something truly special here. Every time I walk in, I’m met with a warm welcome and genuine hospitality that makes you feel like part of the family. Even when the place is busy (which is often because it’s so popular!), the counter staff is always polite, attentive, and never miss a beat.
The food? Outstanding. Every slice is consistently excellent. They don’t skimp on quality or freshness, which is why I keep coming back. They have a menu full of options, and every dish I’ve tried has exceeded my expectations. Whether you’re in for a quick bite or a big family order, you won’t be disappointed.
Valley Pizza is hands down my favorite pizza spot, and I’d recommend it to anyone. Lou and his team deserve all the praise for making this place such a gem in the community. Highly recommended!

Been ordering from them for years & every time we try a new place, we always return to Valley. Their freshness & taste are unmatched. You can tell they take pride in what they serve their customer's, and they are always friendly & helpful. Delivery is always quick & our typical go-to, but dining in is nice too when you want to get out the house. The service is top tier no matter which you choose. My favorites are the Brooklyn pie, their chicken franchise over linguine, pizza fries, fried pickles, or fried ravioli, plus so much more lol it's all delicious.
Dietary restrictions: My father has celiac & has to be gluten free, and they always have options & make sure there's no contamination or mixing of anything, to ensure my dad can enjoy his meal no matter when we order. It's been hard on him to cut out the things he loves at his age especially, but Valley has been able to stay which is a huge plus!
Kid-friendliness: Definitely a family friendly environment
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, although you may need to ask them to open both front doors to fit in, it's definitely possible & I'm sure they'd be more than happy to accommodate.
Totally unorganized. I realize it’s busy but when you have 10-20 pizzas waiting and no one is calling names and people are walking out that’s not good business. I called at 4:30 at 5:40 re-entered my name. Grabbed a pizza from stack and grabbed fries that have been up there for 20 min. At least b/c they were pushed to the back row. People walked in after me and left b4 me and ordered later than I did. I’m just really annoyed

Nuggets came with marinara sauce which makes no sense then was charged for ranch and BBQ marinara was all over my nuggets then when I call they say that's what comes with it which isn't stated on the menu and after reading reviews online I realize they just don't care about people or the food they serve

Price for a medium online states 14.00$. Price in store 15.50. Add tax almost 17$ for a medium pie? No explanation when I asked also. Not gonna complain in store over 1.50$ but will leave a review for false pricing. I also requested an upside down style pizza and that’s not what I received. Sure the business will be fine , but I’m not coming back.
Had gotten bad food poisoning recently, the first and last time I'm ordering from here, the swelling was so bad. And on top of that I was missing significant of my order yet I was still charged for full order.

Very disappointed in service yesterday after being a very loyal customer for over ten years. My delivery order was wrong- a very simple fix to send the correct item right away. But when I called, I was told a manager had to be texted and he’d call me to see what could be done. Almost an hour later, new food ordered elsewhere, no call from Valley, I was then told by slice that a refund wasn’t possible and I’d need to return the incorrect items so Valley could give me the correct ones. Just horrible service and mind blowing that a refund for $8 couldn’t be given for this hassle or a correct item couldn’t have been sent initially when I first called. The rudeness of Valley pizza was out of line and they have certainly lost my family’s business and the business of the guests who were at my house yesterday for good.

Absolutely disgusting ? from the moment I called, something told me not to order. The young lady who answered the phone was not only rude but extremely unprofessional. She didn’t listen to the order, so I had to keep repeating myself only to receive the wrong order anyway! Felt intentional. I asked for one wrap cheesesteak hoagie and Instead I got Two dry, very cheap quality, poorly made cheesesteaks. I spent $40 bucks almost and feel robbed. Never again! The cost of food, has gone up but the quality and service has decreased. I’ll never be back.

Very poor customer service yesterday after being a loyal customer for over ten years. After receiving a wrong item and calling right away to get the correct one, I was told a manager would have to call me back to see what could be done. After receiving no call back and having to order other food to replace the wrong food, I contacted Slice to attempt a refund for the item. They contacted Valley who said a refund wasn’t possible and I’d have to return the incorrect item and they’d send the correct item- which at the point, was not needed. Very rude and poor service over a simple mistake that could have been fixed in ten seconds after their initial error.
This situation was extremely frustrating and Valley has lost my family’s business over it. Just unacceptable way to treat customers all around.
