Nothing beats a place that a person with celiac can go and order 99% of what’s on the menu. My wife and I make it a point to go to Jay’s every time we head to Maine or Pennsylvania to visit family. Jay’s is completely aware of gluten allergies and take every precaution to ensure that a gluten free order is served as such! The sandwiches are amazing. Keep up the great work!
