“The absolute BEST sandwiches & salads in the area!!! I’m so picky when it comes to hoagies and salads but they knock it out of the park!!! Amazing staff and service. Never have been disappointed in any of my orders here and I order daily ?“
“I admire Steve's because they are who they are. They're a greasy spoon, no nonsense cheese steak shop. It's straightforward, and I love it. I think the issue with most places is that they diversify themselves into irrelevance. Not here. They do what they do, and they do it well.Personally, I think their chicken cheese steak is the best in business.Best roll I've had in a long time. ??Do: Get the whiz. Get the cherry soda. And enjoy hanging out and chowing down.Dont: Expect sophisticated, because honestly, in terms of a good sandwich, it doesn't mean delicious. Just trust their process!“
“Went out on a Sunday afternoon and wanted a good sub and in comes Charley's. I got a classic Chicken California and my lord, the flavor was amazing inside and out. Fries were nice and hot and salted just right. Definitely give them a try if you come here if u have never had them before.“
“Holy cheese steak batman! Best cheese steak I've ever had hands down. I mean the meat to bread ratio on these things is absurd. I honestly don't know if there is anyway to improve on these sandwiches. Perfect bread. Juicy meat. Perfect cheese. Massive. Priced well. Awesome staff. Must try. Everytime I come in from Florida I make the trip to grab one.“
“The cheesesteak and fries here are delicious. The serving sizes here are extremely generous. The chicken tenders here are better than Raising Cane’s or Freddy’s and not as expensive.Great local takeout restaurant.Parking: Free parking in the back.“
“First....the menu is HUGEEEE. but it's ALL AMAZING. I live an hour away but will no doubt be driving back there for more food. If you're ever near bensalem....even if your not, you need to go here. Damn good cheesesteak.....I got the Fanky Cheech with extra long hots ? it was amazing. The service is super friendly .... unsuspecting from the outside but it's a real gem ?“
“Excellent pizza from a relative newcomer in the area (opened within the last year or so) as the pizza had a New York style thin crust, great tasting sauce, and multiple cheeses (consistent quality and taste all three times I have ordered from them). I have tried many pizza shops in Philly, and this is a top pizza spot in the suburbs (top 5, including downtown Philly pizza spots). Also, the pizza heats up well in an air fryer or oven the next day, as some pizzas don't warm up well from my experience. Honestly, I tried it based on Google reviews and reading from the website it's a family business. The interior is a throwback to the 90s/2000s with family pictures and old-school booths. The service was quick and efficient, with no issues at all. Parking was free and open, but I came at dinner time, so there was less parking in the front. I can only knock them out for not having too many vegetarian options like eggplant-based dishes, but I can understand they want to focus on a smaller menu and be the best at it. Overall, it is a fantastic place, and the food was spot on. I highly recommend it a shot for your next pizza craving!“
“On the recommendation of a Philly native, I went to a place called Steve’s Prince of Steaks in North Philly. The moment I walked in I was hit with a intoxicating aroma. The setting was fairly unremarkable, with stainless steele walls and painted cement floor, along with a row of barstools and a small counter, perfect for late night and early morning bar closers or the lunch crowd from the Pepsi bottling plant across the street! I sat down to eat my meal that consisted of a traditional Philly cheesesteak with fried onions cheese whiz and steak. The onions were so flavourful and the cheese whiz was almost addictive, I nearly finished it in one bite. I left this place thinking that I now know why they call it prince of steak and winner of a Guinness Book World Records winner. If I had to recommend going anywhere when you stop in Philly, it would be at this place rather than the overhyped tourist spots seen on TV and paid travel reviews. I feel like it embodies the quintessential idea of Philly, It is a true testament to Phillys traditional cuisine and really gives the city it’s nickname, the city of brotherly love and sandwiches!“
“My friends and I always try to stop by here on our way to a concert, phillies game, or just to go into the city. Owner is a great guy and makes great cheesesteaks. The fries are also amazing here which is a hit or miss for people exploring new restaurants. That said, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a good Philly Cheesesteak.“
“Called in my order for takeout. It was ready within 15 minutes as promised and they text you to let you know it is ready. We had a couple of steak sandwiches on the pretzel rolls and they were delicious! Also they have some outside table seating which we did not use.“
