One of the all-time best steaks in Philly. A classic that can't be beat. Get extra American, absolutely unbelievable. Great fries, too.Mt only complaint is that they have a little too many "bad days" over the years, where the steak is underwhelming, but then the next time you come back it's fabulous. They maybe need to train the employees and manage the kitchen better.
Absolutely my favorite cheesesteak of any of the major places, I tried Pat’s, Genos, Angelos, etc and this was better than all of them. They use bigger pieces of steak which I really like. Like mini ribeyes, right on the sandwich. Excellent.

I would say this is the best cheese steak in philadelphia especially if you want it quick and you want to watch them chop it up. It’s a must have philadelphia experience if you never tried a cheese steak. Don’t go to geno’s or pats come here. The best locations are off bustleton or Comly.
