I ordered a Plain Jr bacon cheeseburger, 2 baconator fries and one other sandwich as well as a large chili at 9:40 pm of this day, only to get home and find out it was missing the JBC. This is the last time I EVER go into the Wendys on Street Road in Bensalem PA! Lousy service & almost messed up my order! 1st they made a big issue over a simple request for a Strawberry Mango Salad with NO feta cheese, then they proceeded to give me someone else's food! I've been to many a Wendy's and NEVER had this occur! Until this is fixed to MY satisfaction, I will NEVER eat anything from there again!!#BoycottWendysBensalem
Went tonight was handed 4 bags and told to have a good night. Usually I check my bags but with 4 kids in the car and all cranky I didn't and just went home, big mistake on my part because I get home to discover I was missing 4 baconator cheese burgars and the 3 large cokes I ordered are not coke at all but root beer which no one drinks in my house. I also ordered a small chili which was as cold as a frosty. To say I was pissed was an understatement.
