I am an 80 year old partially handicapped person and manager wanted to lecture Nudy's rules to me 2 of past 3 weeks when was in for lunch (when with my daughter and again when alone) IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMER'S. “Hands down my favorite breakfast nook in the area! Don’t miss the avocado toast if you’re into that kind of thing — it’s so good. The food is always delicious, the atmosphere is super cozy, and when the weather’s nice, the back patio feels straight out of Europe. The owners are truly the best kind of humans and will welcome you like family. I bring my out of town guests here and often purchase gift cards so I can gift my friends and family a meal here. “I randomly stumbled across this place this morning, and I'm glad I found it. They have a pretty standard breakfast menu, with some more exciting specials. A lot of their breakfast menu allowed you to build-your-own-meal. Examples... instead of listing out 10 different omelet variations, you essentially just build your own. Same with their frittatas. You also choose your sides (homefries, fruit, toast, grits) rather than being forced to have toast and homefries with the other options being up charged. Ok, onto to my meal. I went super basic. I got 3 eggs scrambled, scrapple, fruit cup, and toast. The scrapple was thick, crispy on the outside, and had a hot soft center... prefect! The fruit cup was a fresh medley of watermelon, cantaloupe, honey dew, strawberries, and pineapple. The eggs, toast, and coffee were all delicious as well. Their prices are very reasonable for what you get. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area!“

“We love Pour Richard's for many different reasons. Their coffee selection is HUGE and delicious. If you've never had anything from PR...try a different blend every day you go. It's worth it! The staff is A+ AMAZING and works their butts off. Great place to stop and grab breakfast and coffee and to get some work done before going into the office. I could write a novel on how great PR is; but if you're reading this, chances are you already know that!“

“I had not heard of this bakery but a friend suggested meeting there a couple evenings ago. This was the Burke, VA location. The choice of pastries was pretty amazing, what we had was fresh and truly outstanding, service was efficient and friendly, and the place itself was very clean. Will be back!“

“I used to get takeout from here at least once or twice a month for their delicious gf pancakes. I moved away a year or so back, and was in town this weekend.
Came in to sit down for breakfast, our server was amazing and the restaurant still had a good cute vibe per usual.
However the gf pancakes were different, very different. They still tasted somewhat similar but they were flat, dry and grainy. I was so disappointed. I couldn’t tell if the recipe had changed or if they were just made improperly.

They used to be so thick and fluffy and just overall amazing.
If somebody from management/ ownership sees this, you should bring the old recipe back/ do some better quality control. They were truly special, and prob the best gf pancakes I have had to date. I’d be happy to pay more to get those thick fluffy pancakes once again.
Even thought I don’t live here anymore, I always looked forward to nudys gf pancakes when I was visiting.

“My 2nd trip here. Both times I was very happy with the food. The sweet potato fries were quite the surprise, definitely not what one would expect. My chicken tenders BLT was very tasty.

The room is small not sure it hits the cozy vibe.

My only real complaint is that it bothers me when I go to a place to sit, relax, maybe have a coffee or cocktail ( no alcohol here) and the staff is wearing a political statement on their shirts. I go out to stay away from politics.
