I was wondering why our recent visit was met with an empty restaurant. But when we were 30 minutes into our wait with no food ordered, it made sense as to why 3 tables had people. Prices went up around 30% and staff decreased sharply. Every drink, napkin, and straw came separately after a 5-10 minute wait each time. Our 3 entrees came out 10 minutes apart. The salad we ordered was the first thing out but the last item eaten since the waitress just couldn’t be bothered to bring any dressing.Place used to be a decent spot for food service and a beer. They didn’t even have any seltzers or Michelob ultra. I expect this join to close in the next year.

MAKE SURE YOU PAY WITH CASH!!!This was my first time eating at TGI Fridays. I wasn't overly impressed by the food. The server was nice and made sure we were well taken care of. However, the bill was $51.64 and we decided to split it. I put $33 on my card and my aunt put $18.64 on hers. We both signed marked no tip and left a $10 Cash tip, which was just over 20%. Both amounts go off our cards and then I get a second card labeled as tip for the $18.64. I called they acknowledged the mistake but then said they would have to get permission to refund. Nothing since then that was ten days ago. So just make sure you only pay with cash.

My wife and I used to enjoy it here! We always looked forward to going to Fridays...WHAT HAPPENED??4 tables of people in the whole restaurant and our service and food were horrible!Server acted like it was her worst day ever, we never saw her:/ spent $125 on 4 of us...The shrimp are now freezer stuck together garbage, my daughters had the poop vein in still and we're tiny rock hard gross! Same with mine and my wife's.My son in law ordered a breaded chicken sandwich, got his salad brought out 10 min before ours and his chicken sandwich was a grilled one and she took it back and brought the right one out which was hard and overcooked beyond gross!No manager to be seen, with 4-5 people in the entire restaurant on Saturday at 5-6pm it because YOUR FOOD IS GROSS! And EMBARRASSING! I would have complained but we wanted nothing to do with the negative mood and feeling of any of the staff and will NEVER be back and I understand now why the waterfront,Washington are CLOSED and hopefully this one closes soon too!What a letdown! This was out favorite restaurant for 20+years. You should be ashamed to send that horrible food to a table. We threw much of it out and we're sick the next day!STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND GO ELSEWHERE!and I do not want to talk to guest relations as we would not want to ever experience that again it was laughable at best! Wow!! 0/10!

Was better before Dish retired. Could make better cajun pasta that's not overcooked and 70% burnt myself. I will not ever waste money here again.Do better at training your sautee cooks properly i mean good grief the instructions are in the micros system for them to see if they forget i mean, damn. Just saying.

I wanted to go back and try this chain again. I used to love the blackened chicken sandwhich on a baguette. Chicken was ok, but it was on a bun. Got soggy and was average. Very good server, food was average. It's a bit pricy.

We were coming here for my husbands birthday. He ordered the larger of the steaks and was very dissatisfied with all the grizzle on it . Mashed potatoes tasted just like the boxed ones. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with fries. The fries tasted like they were made ahead of time and reheated and the chicken was rubbery….the cheese slice was hard and dry. Instead of being melted on the sandwich. Worst meal we have ever had!!!!!! The manager took $10.00. Off our bill which was $30.00 something…..would definetly NEVER reccommend to anyone. VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!!!!!Wheelchair accessibility: There is none..

Went there on a Thursday night for dinner when we left I forgot my very expensive jacket there. I called the next day, the girl said she put it in the office. I went there when I got done with work and nobody could find it Day 2. I called and they said they still can't find it. I asked the manager if the girl put it in the office. Why or how did it disappear? She says they keep their office locked and very secure. She can't figure it out. I asked her to look at the cameras.She said they don't have them. So If the girl put it in the office then somebody that works there walked out with my jacket.
