Loved this place! I have been wanting to stay at the property for quite sometime due to my commute. I decided to check out the Restaurant & Bar and was greeted with such lovely staff. Connie could not have been more hospitable with her knowledge of drinks, conversation and amazing service. Scott, Food & Bev.Manager was highly impressive as well. The current reviews are misleading. Let me start off by saying that I have been traveling all over the world for the past several years and have been at many hotel bars/restaurants. I was hesitant to go here because of the horrible rating on Yelp but since I was too lazy to leave, I gave in. I sat at the bar and was promptly greeted by the bartender, Karen. The Gather Restaurant was a delightful experience. Fabulous staff. Great atmosphere. Good food. Prices were pretty steep but the potions and quality of food were good. We had a quesadilla appetizer. I had a Cuban sandwich. It was nearly perfect. My wife loved her bacon burger. The quesadilla was fantastic.my beer was not as cold as I would have liked. They let me bua couple of bottles of beer to take to my room. Nice ending to a great experience.
