Few customers here but service was still pretty slow. Not the servers fault - she looked to be assigned to work in other parts of the hotel at the same time as the restaurant. Ordered shrimp cocktail, lobster mac n cheese, cauliflower flatbread to start. Flatbread was ok but Mac n cheese was inedible with rubbery cold lobster on top. Entrees (orrichette. Halibut and filet) were fair, but nothing interesting. Sticky toffee dessert was good. Overall disappointing for the price point.

The dining experience at the 1741 Terrace Room is just outstanding in every aspect; the courteous efficient staff, the great tasting food, and the beautiful dining room and atmosphere rounds out the total experience. If you want something special in dining, this is the place!

The ambience in the space are excellent brings you back to old world. The windows and views of the street and surrounding area are wonderful. They were running a little bit behind but that's to be expected. Our server seem to be a little annoyed, but nice, but still a little annoyed. There was no bread service, because they ran out of bread, which I have never heard of. Also, they ran out of two of their four desserts as well. Brought us out the wrong appetizer. Overall affair meal, but for an off night not a great value. Most likely will not be returning anytime soon the taproom could be a better alternative and value value.

Our experience was a huge disappointment! The only saving grace was that the food was delicious. The service ruined our experience. Sometimes there's a fine line between leisurely service and did they forget about us. I believe it was the latter. The server forgot to bring our wine. We had to remind him to bring it and that was after it took a little bit to find him. The bread service did come quickly but after that every course was delayed. I don't feel like this was a kitchen issue because the server would have easier followed up to say that our meal would be coming out soon. Instead the waiter was MIA during most of the evening. I wouldn't bother to eat there again.

Started with tuna tartare. Did not have a hint of a fish smell or taste which means it was fresh. My partner had Caesar salad to start and it was enormous. We followed this with an artic char and a chicken main course. Both rather filling and flavor was mild. For dessert I had a boston creme bundt cake and she had the flourless chocolate cake. Both very good. Service -- not over bearing but always watching. She got up to use the restroom and the waiter showed up with a lid/cover for her dinner so it would stay warm.

It was a worthwhile experience. The room was exceptional. While waiting in the lobby for our table, the loudness of the piano playing was annoying. Food was generally good, but we felt that the layout of the buffet was chopped up; it didn't f low.

Executive Chef Rodney was phenomenal. My grandson has multiple food allergies and Chef met with us to discuss his allergies and made him food that he could eat without fear of any allergic reaction. The buffet area, however, was very congested and the wait line for the omelet station was a negative experience. The food and service were good. We did have to ask our server to adjust our bill as my grandson was charged as an adult instead of a child.

Saturday was busy, so service seemed a bit strained. The server was very nice and considerate but had trouble understanding my dietary preferences. Fortunately, he asked for help which was much appreciated. It was my wife's birthday so the dessert was complimentary but it was accidentally charged so I needed to correct that. Next time we will likely dine on a weeknight.

Awesome experience! Food was amazing- each dish was perfectly prepared and Sarne (probably spelling that wrong) was superb! Her suggestions were on the money! She listened to us and made suggestions based on what we told her! Top notch!

Rolls were so hard could not cut even with knife took them back and they were to bring fresh ones but they never happened Good was ok. It. It up to standards one would expect from here

I rarely designate a 5-star grade to any restaurant, as most fall short in one of the more important characteristics I require. However, this being stated my family enjoyed a wonderful luncheon this past Thursday afternoon. we focused on the lobster rolls, salad, and french fries having heard from a friend who found the above-mentioned lunch noteworthy. We finished the meal with a piece of chelseas pumpkin cake with vanilla ice cream. This luncheon menu would have note rated a 5-star review if it wasn't for our waitress Faith she was wonderful and prompt.
