Bagels are really good here as always. I usually get attended by one of the young girls who are always very nice. But, today I went here and was attended by a middle aged woman who was very rude to me. I guess she was mad she has to work on a Sunday ??♀️ . Also there was a guy with his newborn baby and toddler who knew the staff pretty well and cut everyone in line. Unreal

This place has amazing bagel sandwiches. When I'm visiting my partner, I always try to stop by and get a new and interesting combination.This time, I ordered a breakfast bagel. I can not, seriously, CAN NOT recommend the French Toast bagel more. It truly makes a full-fledged breakfast sandwich come to life. Everything else on my sandwich was cooked to perfection: soft, fluffy eggs, perfectly melted cheese, crispy - NOT floppy - bacon ... and their cream cheeses? Always winners in my book. I got a tub of garlic and herb to go. However, I would LOVE for them to bring back their peanut butter cream cheese. That was my top favorite!!My only concern was that I felt very in the way when trying to place an order, as there were tons of people inside. However, that blame doesn't go on them. They were closed for over a week, and I went in the day after reopening. Staff did everything they could to get everything as it needed to be, and they delivered. MAJOR props to all of you for rocking it!! Seeing that many people really shows how much you do to make a bagel shop pop off!Trust me when I say I'll be back the next time I'm in the area! ♡♡♡

I love this place and how great their food is. However, I have driven 25 mins to this place on numerous occasions just to see that they’re closed when it says they’re open on google. So disappointing every single time. It’s been closed 3 times in a row that I’ve tried going now so I’m done trying!

Decided to try a smoothie today, have had one awhile ago from here and it was good. This time my smoothie was 90% ice with a hint of strawberry (got strawberry banana) . It makes sense bc she filled the cup completely with ice (to the very top ) before adding the other stuff to the blender . I’m not sure if the blonde lady just made it incorrectly but she definitely did not blend it enough . There were chunks of ice throughout the smoothie- it was a ICEE texture definitely not a smoothie. You can even tell by the photo. The smoothie I’ve gotten before was great, not sure what happened this time and why it was all ice. I never had a problem before and usually stick with their bagels, next time I definitely will not be getting a smoothie. Definitely feel gypped.

This was my first time at this location and I was kind of disappointed in the service I got here. When I walked in a staff member saw me walk in, we made eye contact and she proceeded to turn and walk away. The other 2 staff there also looked in my direction, but continued on with whatever conversation they were having. After waiting a minute or 2 the same staff member that turned her back to me asked was I being helped. That was pretty rude in my opinion. When I gave my order for the 3 men special she didn't ask if I wanted turkey or ham and I didn't realize until I got in the car. I also got no pickle which I thought was pretty standard at 3 men, but maybe things have changed. Either way my daughter enjoyed her lunch. She really liked the soup and it was her first time having the 3 men sandwich. She enjoyed that as well. Overall food was very good, customer service...meh needs improvement.
