GLIMPSE OF GLAM

Visited today for a birthday party and what we thought was going to be a great night ended horrible. I was greeted by the staff and explained half of our party was sick. She said not a problem, however 10 of the 13 showed. She then proceeds to tell me that my spouse would receive a birthday treat of his choice. Perfect! Here's where the problems started. We're seated and the checks are split into 3 tables. 2 tables of 4 and 1 of 2 people. We order AYCE crablegs and a few other items. The waiter...dismissive, condescending, and you could feel she didnt want to wait on us. Fine. We had food that we didn't finish, here's where things go downhill. We couldn't take leftovers home. We always do. Then they had no foil, no paper plates, or bags. Hmmm, they miraculously found some. Then the bill comes, GRATUITY OF 20% PER CHECK and not the table itself. I asked if the gratuity could be removed. I was told no. Okay, I asked to speak to the manager. Kathy, stated that parties over 8 GRATUITY would be added to the check. Nowhere on the menu was this stated. Nor did the waiter mention it from the beginning. She then proceeded to say that we were charged for the 3 people that didnt show...because they couldn't make money. The restaurant was empty. We can't help people are sick. Kathy then states that she's the manager and basically the rules are the rules. No understanding. We use to love coming here however I can understand why they are closing. Hopefully new management will have a better understanding on how to run a successful company and keep patrons coming back.

I truly wish I could give this place zero stars. Our party of 10 received some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant. The staff was dismissive, unhelpful, and made us feel like we were an inconvenience.

When we attempted to ask for assistance, the general manager, Kathy, was extremely unprofessional and offered no support at all. Her attitude set the tone for the rest of the staff.

It’s very clear why this location is closing in December — the lack of customer service speaks for itself. Bethlehem deserves better.

We won’t be back.

Great Crab legs!!! Large and red, not like buffet places that are dark with barnacles.... Super Service, never had an empty plate with all you can eat! Hot butter always...fresh... Great music played as well. They do have HANDICAP parking on street by front door(none in parking lot which is around side). bring cash, they do a % on CC charge, they do have a nice menu of seafood and steaks besides all you can eat Crab Legs... Will be going back...

The best seafood I’ve ever had! I’m not much of a seafood lover but, I I had the best fish and chips ever! My son had the crab legs which I also tried and liked and tried my husband’s scallops (which I’m not a fan of ) but everything was delicious

Dirty. Didn't stay. The fish tank was disgusting and green, table and menus were dirty. We were grossed out, so we left.

Really enjoyed our meal here. First time, and we had a table of 5. Everything came out hot and delicious. Service was great, and prices were quite reasonable. Blackened salmon was very good. We'll be back to try more menu items! Highly recommend.

Been searching for a place to bring my grandpa for good seafood and we found one . I got the ayce(all you can eat) and it was great. Tasted good , not watery or too salty . My grandpa got the seafood trio which he loved . We arrived a half hour after they opened and we were the first of the day. Personally I like it when it's not packed . 430 pm is a perfect time to come . $50 for ayce (all you can eat) and I made sure I got my money's worth ate about 4 pounds . Thank you to our server and the host also to Dan that answered my questions via email! Food was great and I'll be sure to tell the people I know how good it was. Thanks again

I would definitely go again. The All you could eat crab was delicious! If you go, you won't be disappointed!

Went for the AYCE crab legs and it was amazing! Crab was delicious, and fresh and sweet, comes with a baked potato coleslaw and your choice of browned or clarified butter. They are great about bringing more crab out, there was a point where we had three full plates of crab legs that we hadn't eaten yet. Catherine was our server and she was just incredible! Friendly, helpful, and so personable! Truly some of the best service I've had in a while. 10 out of 10 will be back again.
