Best Mediterranean dish in Bethlehem hands down. From a chef who can cook anything. This place is amazing. Try their chicken kebab and there real kebab lamb gyro and the hummus is amazing also. 🙏🔥🔥🔥🔥

I have dined here several times over the years. I really enjoy their food. I appreciate how fresh the salads are and the “home cooked” dishes like Turkish Dumplings as many other restaurants heat up frozen premade food from Sysco or US Foods. The desserts are great too, my favorite is the baklava. Service is not typical American, it’s usually the same women who seem to be somewhat timid but also communicate more directly like Eastern Europeans, they don’t sugar coat or coddle like Americans are used to. Overall, I really like it and will continue coming back.
