Table 77 Waiter took his time and when returned came with check and never the bag I requested. So my quest and i left with just the takeout and no bag.
Kid-friendliness: To be more kid friendly, I think when a party has a kid(s) ages 2-5, the games on the kiosk should be free with kid games. 1 or 2 games only rather than having to pay for it. This would also keep the kid entertained until food arrives. The coloring with crayon on paper is alittle out dated for this generation. I'm also pretty sure this will help increase customers with kids.
Made an online order for a pick up time at 7:50. Waited at the bare minimum 40 minutes for a manager to come out and ask for my name again which was given. I was told my order was for 8:50( wrong person). Manager voided the payment for the order and offered to remake the order with an estimate time of 15-20 minutes. No way I was going to wait that much time again. How is it that 3 staff members miss the order. Un-called for and ridiculous how people did not search for the order properly.

Service here was great, took a little while to be acknowledged at the host stand, but once they realized I was there, I was seated and my waitress greeted me promptly. I ordered the won ton tacos, tomato basil soup, and full rack of honey glazed ribs. Ribs were awesome, the soup was pretty good too. But the won ton tacos seemed off, and they are one of my favorite appetizer items.

I could not believe the 2 for$26 only included burgers or chicken fingers. Then they cooked the fingers in used oil. Look at the pics. The server said there was a cup of broccoli. WRONG! LESS THAN 6oz and that included the container. I know inflation is causing problems but they are ripping us off. No wonder their stock has lost over half their value in a year. I feel like I'm buying girl scout cookies. You pay a fortune in the troop only gets a quarter. Look at the size of the Brownie bite. That would fit in a 3 year old's mouth. That's three dollars.

I will never come to this place ever again the girl in the front that help you find a table was been racist and unprofessional because I came with my 2 kids and my family found me a chair next to the bar where absolutely you will have people crossing back and forth. I will definitely will post this on tiktok to who ever that have kids don’t waste their money or time at coming here.

If I could give zero stars I would. Krissy or Chrissy is the manager, a poor example of a manager. This will sound as unhinged as Krissy is. I ordered a six pack of beer to go and was told by the bartender Zay/Isaiah to take a six pack out of the fridge, well Krissy (apparently the manager but didn't introduce herself or have a name tag on) walked over to bark at me for "self serving from the fridge" and told me I need permission to take beer from the fridge. I told her I'm sorry what are you talking about? The bartender just told me to take this out? And she responded in an escalated tone that we aren't supposed to self serve, i said again he told me to get them! And then she clipped me with well SORRY and " I said sorry already" even though she didn't? And she walked away without de-escalating or actually apologizing. We asked to speak to her again and she didn't want to come over. When she did come over and we asked her for an explanation for her hostile tone, she told us my name is Krissy and complain to corporate if you have problem. She is complete trash.

We were seated, proceeded to wait about 7 minutes before any acknowledgement, and all the waitress did was drop a plate of silverware on our table and then turn around to take an order from a couple that had been seated 3 minutes AFTER us. Didn't even stick around to try out the food, we got up immediately and left. Felt completely disrespected during our visit
