Unfortunate and unkind treatment by the manager

I did a DoorDash order and half of the food was missing. I was extremely disappointed! I called Applebees immediately & spoke to the manager Ben! Ben apologized and stated he would comp my entire order. The food we did get was absolutely amazing, and anytime we eat at the restaurant the food is great along with the staff and atmosphere!! They may have screwed up my DoorDash order, but they fixed it! They refunded me my entire order & the area director reached out to me & was extremely kind!!! I highly recommend this Applebees!

I had the pleasure of being served by Tremaine at Applebees and I can honestly say it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. From the moment we sat down, he was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional.

Tremaine went above and beyond to ensure our meal was perfect, offering great recommendations and checking in at just the right moments without being intrusive. He had a warm personality and a genuine passion for making guests feel welcome.

The service was fast, efficient, and thoughtful. He was also extremely patient with our extremely indecisive kids. All of our drinks were always refilled, our orders were spot on. It’s rare to find someone who makes dining out feel this effortless and enjoyable.

If you’re visiting Applebees on Nazareth pike, I highly recommend asking for Tremaine! He truly deserve recognition for their exceptional service.

My fiance and I come here every other week for lunch, and our waitress, Amarish, is always such a joy!!! She is a pleasure to have, and she is amazing at her job. She is a fun spirit to have, a very lovely personality and amazing woman. I will gladly come back to have her and her free spirit!🥰☺️

Went here this past Saturday and have no complaints. Food was good and prices reasonable. Anthony our server was polite and professional. Place was clean and acoustics are good so you can actually have a conversation with the people you are with.
