Waited so long at the drive through that we finally parked and went in. Only one other customer, so not sure why we couldn't get waited on in the drive through. Worst service ever. Will not be back.

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes. No one came up front. Then 2 cars pulled up to the drive thru & the 1 staff member took their orders and ignored me. I left without buying anything and took my business elsewhere.

The manager lady was great she got my order to me fast and I was excited to try the new steak bites. And I must say was amazing.
I witnessed the female general manager and the manager smoking cigarettes outside then they came inside and started handling food totally unacceptable and aging safe food handling

Shift Manager, Eddie, was welcoming and helpful. I appreciated his energy. The sandwich was good, but the fountain soda lacked carbonation, and was disappointing. When traveling for work all day, looking for a lunch spot with the perfect Diet Coke- the right amount of ice, volume, and mixture, is a priority.

On November 29, 2024, a group of six of us had a bad experience at this fast-food restaurant, and it was very frustrating. The employee who served us did not understand our orders, there was a significant delay in serving the food, and we were the only customers at the time. The lack of organization was evident.

Arby’s has become a favorite of ours in recent months. I’ve been to multiple locations in the LV area and so far the Nazareth Road one has been the best. This one is a not-that-close second but they do a pretty good job.
Parking: Plenty of free parking is available. They have a drive-thru if that counts as well.
