Had my FIL's 70th birthday here. The accomadations and the staff were fantastic. In this area, I don't think you could do better.

Stopped by for happy hour (daily 5-7pm) and overall had a good time. Wine glasses are a pretty good deal on happy hour, and carafes are even better. They had a decent selection on tap and everyone found something they enjoyed.
We also ordered a pretzel appetizer and charcuterie board. The pretzels were really good, had a strong garlic flavor. The charcuterie board had a nice spread but not nearly enough crackers (only 5 which wasn't even one per person!)
The live music was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant is pretty small so at times it felt a bit tough to have conversations across the table due to loud music.

Friendly service, good food & nice atmosphere. Very much enjoyed the Live Music. Will definitely put on my list for a return visit. ???

Beautiful space. Please do call for reservations. The staff very capably handled our non-reserved party. We had a blast. The lines on tap were very good. The food from the wooden match was delicious. Service was excellent!

The perfect place for your private party!I had a surprise birthday party for my husband at Artisan recently, and I can say with confidence that Artisan is THE place to have your private party! From the moment I first spoke with the manager, Glennie, the planning and coordination was easy and pleasant. She was very responsive, flexible and helpful, always working to make sure all of my questions were answered. Glennie was very accommodating with the changes I made along the way to the menu, and also to the special requests I had for certain food items and drinks. She made the planning so easy and fun. The hardest part was selecting the food options from their menu – there were so many wonderful things to choose from! The guests all expressed what a great place it was, and how good the food and drinks were. The venue itself is so warm and cozy, and it was perfect for the 56 guests we had. Glennie and her staff were very attentive, making sure that all of the guests had what they needed. It didn’t seem like “work” to them, as they were so friendly and warm while serving the guests. Many of our guests were never there before, and I do know some of them will return. I would not hesitate to plan another event at Artisan!

Staff are friendly albeit overwhelmed at time - no fault of their own. Food is good! Wish there was anything gf but the fries are great. Got the salad with salmon and it was a generous portion. Great ambiance.

Nice place. Can't get a seat in the bar area if there is entertainment. Got there at 5:30 n9 sests left.Can't reserve a seat at the bar, but there are a few tables you can reserve in the bar area. Good food friendly staff!

Amazing place awesome food and service.

My family of six were here for Mother’s Day. We had a reservation for noon. After a twenty minute wait we were seated. However, our food (for two of us) did not arrive till 1:30 and it was barely warm. Three other members of our party did not get their food for another 15 minutes. The last member got his food 5 minutes later. I understand that they were very busy but they should have been much better prepared. And they never apologized!

Glennie is amazing! We hosted an event last evening in support of the Woman of Impact Campaign for the American Heart Association of the Lehigh Valley and Berks! From the amazing grazing table, drinks, live music and decor it was certainly a night to remember and I can’t thank Glennie and all the staff for everything they did!

I deliver wine here fairly often. It's a really cool place, I've been there when there's live music and it just is a really neat vibe. I'd definitely visit if I lived in the area. Glennie is super nice, as is every other employee I've encountered. Their bathroom is really nice (this is important to delivery drivers!). I like the spacious parking lot, and generally just enjoy anytime I have come here.
