Staff is disgustingly rude and made us stand there for over 30 minutes for 2 drinks... They hate making your drink properly and then they want to argue about it when it's not correct. Won't be spending my money here again

Horrible line I waited in which can be normal but the kicker was when I got my latte and it’s cold I asked for 6 sugars and nope. So I could of made my own coffee at home and what I am going to do from now on. I usually don’t do Dunkin’s due to poor management. Poor customer service skills, the quality we expect is not being delivered. Not happy and won’t visit this location ever and it’s sad it’s by my side of town. We gotta go to the Dunkin’s in center valley to get the correct service. This is just to make the manager aware lead your team to victory not failure. Customer service makes a big difference we won’t shop there. That’s bad for the franchise owner. Good luck

They are closing the lobby AGAIN !!! I was so happy last week to get to sit inside and have coffee they are too short staffed and sorry to say but they can’t lock people out it’s uncaring and RUDE hardly anyone would sit in after many many months of them closing lobby they should just close permanently till more staff is hired all other local Dunkin shops are allowing people in even if short handed it’s that manager that’s doing this and he’s not being nice towards the public
I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE IN THE AREA TILL THEY OPEN THE LOBBY AGAIN AND I AM GONNA E MAIL THE HEAD ON THIs

The workers are NOT wearing masks correctly. They are covering their mouths but NOT their noses. All of them are like this. That's as good as NOT wearing a mask at all. So their droplets from their nostrils are dripping right into the bagel and cream cheese they are making for you. Great! Thanks!

DD owners own the ATM as well and twice found card skimmers on the ATM machines. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I'm beginning to think the owners is in on it. As when I brought it to his attention he just shrugged it off and tried to downplay it and take the skimmer from me.
