Being one who travels throughout the country and has eaten at hundreds of restaurant locations I have to be honest about this restaurant. I saw this restaurant while driving by on my way to another location and decided to try it out. Parked 2.5 blocks away and walked to the restaurant. The location was packed with customers. I ordered my food at 12:12 PM, sat down, and didn't receive my food until almost 1:30 PM. Since I had prepaid for my order I decided to exercise patience and wait for my meal! The food was excellent!! I had the vegan chicken and waffles and the vegan burrito and a cold drink. Although the food was excellent, the long wait completely ruined my experience in this restaurant! Especially since I was the very last person to be served, and I observed others that arrived after I arrived, be served, finished, and gone! Again—food excellent, service is not so good. Later I read on the internet that this very popular restaurant was started by a husband and wife from Washington State who moved to Pennsylvania. The article stated that they were having employee issues, had temporarily closed, and were planning to reopen in the second week of June with new employees and training. I hope that this location solves their employee issue so I can try their food again and form a different opinion with a more enjoyable experience! Food Excellent!!

Had high hopes for this place because there were quite a few people there already at 9:15 on a Sunday and the reviews were so good. It was 10 by the time we decided to call it and ask about if the food was coming or not. However, we had a pretty simple order, French toast and a biscuit. We saw two tables have their order sent back for different reasons, one got their order wrong and the second admitted their menu was written incorrectly.
We waited 45 minutes for our food and in that time saw two tables that came after get their food before us. We were told the kitchen was backed up and they had no idea when it would come out. They had one chef doing all of the cooking and that really slowed them down. We understand waiting, but the lack of service or communication did it.
Plus we were charged for the coffee at double the price. Their menu said chai latte was $3 or 3.50 and it was nearly $7. Such a lie and clearly quite a bit needs to be worked out here. They can communicate the wait so people know what to expect. Cannot recommend anyone come here even though the food looked good. Horrible staff and do not tell you about the wait.

We have eaten here before and had a good enough experience to want to try it again but unfortunately our last visit will ultimately be that, the last visit. When we got there it was moderately busy but there was a number of empty tables not yet cleared from the diners before so we had to wait a few minutes which was not a big deal but seemingly was a preview of what was to come. They were out of some things when we got there, such as bacon, but we placed our orders. We each got a hot drink and ordered the hash and a cinnamon roll. The drinks ended up being nearly tasteless (ex hot chocolate tasted mainly like hot milk) and we waited over 40 minutes for our hash and cinnamon roll (which was not even heated up). When we left a numer of tables who sat a few minutes after us were still waiting on food. It was such a disappointing experience and we will not likely come back here based on the poor service and food we experienced this time.

I've been to bed head vegan brunch house over 5 times and I love it! Everything I've tried here is phenomenal, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Even if you're not vegan I highly recommend giving this place a visit. Their lavender lemonade is out of this world!

The food is so good and everything is made from scratch. The only negative is it is small, so get there early. It fills up pretty quick.
Visited this morning. I had a strawberry lemonade, biscuits & gravy and parfait. The lemonade was made with syrup and wasn’t bery good. The biscuit & gravy were bland. The parfait was good. If I were to go back. I would have to order something different.

My husband and I generally avoid fake meat so we avoided the fake chicken. I ordered the Lemon Waffle while he ate the Tiramisu waffle. His meal was way too sweet while my waffle had a bit too much of a fake lemon taste. The blueberries and pepitas were delicious toppings!
The mocha coffee was fine. The best part of the meal was the garlic tots with hot sauce. Staff was pleasant and offered us a discount on the meal due to me cleaning and reporting an issue in their public restroom.
A tad pricey. Table wobbled a bit. I would most likely go back for just tots and less sweet of coffee. Cute jewelry by the register.

I visited for the first time on 11/30/24 and I got the biscuits and gravy with garlic parmesan hashbrowns, along with the best peppermint mocha I’ve ever had (and I’m a harsh critic when it comes to lattes.) The service was wonderful and the food was delicious!
