The place is reasonably priced and has fantastic soft serve ice cream, but the employees are unpleasant. I don't expect anyone to be overly friendly, but a hello and thank you are pretty reasonable expectations when you're buying something.

Been going here my whole kid life. Was not back for about a decade. Just went the other day, I see they changed up how they do the ordering to keep everything moving . The lines will always be packed but it seems they got the service under control. Can’t go wrong here.

Like, I was lowkey expecting meh energy, but nope, they passed the vibe check!! ✨🙌 Some customers tho? 💀 Eh, let’s just say they need an extra scoop of kindness.
