Inattentive and forgetful staff. Ordered wings and fries and never received the fries. Ordered a Yuenglung and a shot of Gin and never recieved the shot until she passed by 20 minutes later and audibly said "Oh, I forgot to get your drink." Bartenders name was Hailie. Waited to pay for nearly 30 minutes, all the way until close because she told me I had to pay by QR code. Never coming back here.

My wife won a $25 gift card for donating blood, so I went on Saturday night to take out a pizza and 2 salads. I called the order in at 5:30 and was told it would take 20 minutes. According to the online menu it should have cost about $35 plus tax. After placing the order, I was told the order came to $45.55.
When I went to pick up the order, it wasn’t ready and when I paid asked why the total was so high. I was told the menu prices increased and management hadn’t updated the online menu. He was also unable to process the gift card and I put the payment on my credit card.
After I arrived, I had to wait an extra 20 minutes until my order was ready. I was very frustrated at this point and asked to speak to a Manager. She was very understanding as I explained the various issues. She apologized for the extended wait and tried to process the gift card, which was also unsuccessful. She asked when I planned on coming back, and I told her I wouldn’t be back. I was pleasantly surprised when she comped the entire bill.
In all fairness, the food was delicious. The salads were large and contained mixed greens, tomato, cucumber, onion, cheese and croutons. The pizza had a lot of toppings and crust and crisp.
Parking: Large strip mall with lots of parking.

Large venue, geared for sports more than a personal atmosphere or friendly get together. Good beverage selection, good variety on the food menu with better than your average bar fare. Service was friendly and while we were a large party, they were very accommodating and still had very good service.

The boneless wings were not the best. Not sure if there is a different cook! I have been ordering them for over a year and they were delicious. The last three times some of them were burnt on the outside, different tasting bbq sauce and no sauce on the bottom of tray. I never had this problem with them before. I guess I have to elsewhere.?

If you ever want to see your teams football games that aren't on TV especially during preseason, this is the place to be. Food is well done, customer service is important to these folks and it shows in its atmosphere. It's the kind of place you come back to.

Do yourself a favor and don't frequent this place. If they see you as a regular, you'll get ignored when it comes to ordering or your bill. They see you as "they'll be here anyway". Tender today walked past my bill 12 times before actually taking it. When I spoke up about it, in writing, I got slammed, via messenger, for it, by a tender who wasn't even involved. Service here is typically lacking, but you'd think on a weekend daytime, when not busy, it would be good. Nope, scratch that. Little wonder why, too, the couple next to me didn't finish their food or drinks. They probably wanted to get home by Labor Day.

Visited since it was obviously an old Hollywood Video. No trace of the video shop’s former glory besides the abundance of TVs (even in the bathroom!). Had a decent night nonetheless and got some local brews at their carry out next door.
