Place was recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint. Such a fun menu. Pumpkin pie late was delicious and omg their take on a monte cristo was perfection. Georgia was also a great server! Highly recommend

HORRENDOUS customer service! For it to be the owner himself is an absolute disgrace beings the food was a 4/10 poor treatment didn’t help anything! Wouldn’t recommend better off at the Waffle House

Food is good but pricey for a diner. Their menu is unique but limited. Lots of vegan options but not so much gluten free. Staff doesn't come around much but that ok, atmosphere is nice. Coffee was great!

Bathroom was disgusting, toilet paper everywhere. The sink looked like someone actually cut their hair in it. Wouldn't return

I enjoyed my meal overall, but I was shocked at the price for something as simple as eggs. I ordered three over-easy eggs in addition to other items. Since it wasn’t listed on the menu, the server rang it up as a “2-egg side” ($6.59) plus a “1-egg side” ($3.99), which totaled $10.58 just for the eggs with no toast, potatoes, or sides.

For context, the menu lists two eggs with home fries and toast for $8.69. It doesn’t make sense that three eggs alone should cost more than a full plate with sides.

I also asked for maple syrup with my French toast, but was charged an additional $2.25 without being told ahead of time that it would cost extra.

The food itself was fine, but the pricing for basic items like eggs feels unreasonable. More transparency and fairer pricing would definitely improve the experience.

Just recently moved into Lehigh and Billy's was recommended to me by friends. I had the San Marino Benedict and split a Paz's French Toast with my friend (she got the Sriracha Bowl). Oh my Goodness!!! It was absolutely divine. After I DEVOURED my Benedict I for sure thought I wouldn't be able to even touch the Paz's, but boy was I wrong. My waitress, Lauren, was so helpful and made the best Blueberry Muffin Latte. Highly HIGHLY recommend and I will be back!!!

I visited this restaurant for the first time today and ordered takeout. The staff was so friendly, it was clean, and everything was so fresh. I ordered a coffee to go, but they also gave me a mug to enjoy at the counter while I waited for my food! (It's the little things). I got the Southwest Benedict with classic papas and it was delicious. It had a little bit of heat to it, and I loved having a Benedict on ciabatta bread! Can't wait to go back and dine-in as the atmosphere was great.

Had a fantastic breakfast here today! The classic Eggs Benedict were, without a doubt, the best I've found in the Lehigh Valley—and I've been on a mission to find them. The service was quick and friendly, and I was pleasantly surprised to find they offer delicious fresh-squeezed orange juice. While parking was a bit tricky, it was well worth the effort. I highly recommend this spot and will definitely be back!

If you're looking for any breakfast or lunch in Bethlehem, look no further than Billy's. Just as good of quality as anywhere else, including Hotel Bethlehem, but the prices are better.

The homey-est indoor eating environment in Bethlehem.
