I got the cannoli French toast. That was not cannoli cream. It tasted like powdered sugar mixed with water with some chocolate chips in it-straight up sugar, no ricotta. Besides that, the place is cramped, and when I was lifting my coffee, I was bumped by the waitress because the aisle was so narrow. Price does not match the quality of the food.

10/10 all around, amazing food, unique menu filled with great options, fast friendly service too. I had the San Marino Benedict and it was delicious and the hash browns were too. Never had them this way before but it is now my favorite. Can’t wait to go back and try more off the menu!

2026: First time dining, will not be the last. The Berry Salad 🥗 was yummy with tang of goat 🐐 cheese and crunch of pieces of bacon 🥓 and chewy sourness of cranberry. This is my new favorite salad. The goat cheese was soft bits plentifully spread throughout the spring mix salad. The vinegarette was a tad too sweet, but I asked for it on the side so I could drizzle it as needed. Our waitress Lauren was top notch, very attentive to our needs. Overall a great first impression.

Had an absolutely fantastic brunch at Billy's Downtown Diner in Bethlehem — what a great spot! The food was perfect, creative, and full of flavor — definitely not your ordinary diner fare. Everything we ordered hit the spot and left us happy and satisfied.

The service was super friendly and attentive, with the staff making us feel right at home. The vibe was energetic and cool — loved the crowd, it had a fun, lively atmosphere that added to the whole experience.

Overall, we had a wonderful time and can't wait to come back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a standout breakfast or brunch in downtown Bethlehem!

Well me and the grand kids have been going around and eating at diners on Sunday mornings. This week we went to Billy's. I had been to Billy's diner 25 yrs ago this coming March. I had went there with my late father and wife along with my son. So I was looking forward to some great awesome food. Creamed chipped beef over toast easy over eggs. Porkroll egg and cheese sandwich on a Kaiser roll. Well it has really changed!!!!! First off it's definitely not for children mine being 5&8 maybe you can say we might not be worldly but they were asking me what the words meant food wise.ao we just put the menu down and said look I want two eggs over easy and a side of beacon and a chocolate milk for one kid. A chocolate milk one pancake a side of beacon for the other aside of toast and two eggs over easy for me and a hot tea.the portions were small compared to our regular place one pancake instead of two. Had to very little syrup and got charged! Not really enough for one pancake. Bacon was two slices less.butter was way less. Chocolate milk was excellent! So let's go over this total. 4 eggs ,6pcs bacon ,1 pancake,1 tbl. Spoon butter maybe 2-3 ozs of syrup,1 tea bag ,1 slice lemon. Ok here's the kicker 48.00 dollars!!! You see at the other place with four more pieces bacon, another pancake, 4x the butter and unlimited syrup and I forgot to mention 3 kinds of unlimited jelly! With totally awesome service also. Would cost me 28.00!!!! And we saw no pies or cakes or desserts. But we did vote that the service was so totally awesome she was voted to get the highest tip we give for breakfast 20.00. such ashame we totally enjoyed the staff. Would have loved to come back for that reason. It's just not a home town diner anymore.more for tourists and the college peeps. While your pricing was on the menu and up front as I said I ordered on the fly and as I said we do go to many area diners and I guess that we may start writing a review f all of them and maybe not. I wrote about u because I had been there before and it was a totally different experience. If I had read the menu on line I probably would have never went. And my comparison to the other diners in the Bethlehem area are facts and I don't put price comparisons but name. Once again I truly loved to cool staff!! And some people like good ole home cooked simple American cuisine!!! That's all and I felt a need to say so.

I am very disappointed with the service here. For them to make an excuse of losing an order and having me wait, excessive amount of time. Then lie to me about the estimated time.

The place was packed for Sunday morning but the service was impeccable! We enjoyed the food and the conversation with Yanna and Georgia. We will be back in future trips to Bethlehem.

We visited Billy's on a trip to Bethlehem. I had chicken and waffles the first day, and it was honestly so amazingly good, we came back a second time, which we don't usually do on trips as we try to experience as many new places as possible. Well worth a stop here.

We stopped in to grab a bite to eat before heading to the Crayola Factory. Overall, we had a great time and the food was good.
The only thing that felt a bit off-putting was when I asked to have pickles added to my wrap. The waitress initially said there were no substitutions, and I had to explain that it wasn’t a substitution—just an add-on. They did accommodate the request in the end, but the interaction felt a little awkward.
Aside from that, it was a pleasant experience.

Overall, the food was okay—nothing too special, but it got the job done. We tried two of their breakfast sandwiches along with the French toast. The sandwiches were decent, and the French toast was tasty but a bit too sweet for our liking.Their prices are good and the staff were very friendly, which made the experience feel welcoming.
