Had the Chilean sea bass it was excellent. One disappointment was they didn't offer either sauté spinach or cream spinach anymore. Both off the menu, how does a steakhouse not offer any spinach option. Had two glasses of wine I think they went from. 6 ounce poor to 5 ounce poor.

Very expensive. Sides were included with meals other than steaks. However they were à la carte with any steak entree. And each side was $12-$15. Although they were family style, they were too much for two people (if one person ordered something other than steak, the sides would be way too much).

Great experience with amazing food. Loved the menu and all of the appetizers, entrees and sides were delicious. Great wine and cocktail list that was perfect! Only thing that could have been better, was their beer selection could have been better and they didn't have any IPAs :(

Our server was exceptional! We love the atmosphere. We probably wont go back for dinner. All 4 of us were extremely disappointed. The filet was smaller than what we ordered but was very good. We spoke with the manager about the dried out sea bass and the risotto which was horrible. All 3 of us tried the fried risotto which was also unexpected for Blue. Risotto shouldn't be deep fried . All in all the food was below standard and very low end. Disappointing dinner for all 4 of us.

Our server was incredible; however the food was good but not hot. Several of our items like the braised short ribs, baked potato and soup were just warm not hot. Paying these prices I would expect better.

This was another wonderful meal at Blue! Servers were very attentive without being overbearing, the food is top quality and always flavorful. Noise level varies within the restaurant depending upon seating area.

This used to be my favorite place. Went on Tuesday night. Steak was overcooked, carrots amd yukon potatoes were barely warm. Coffee was cold. Server did take the carrots and coffee off the bill. Butterfly lemonade cocktail was very good Very disappointed this trip. This is our 2nd visit now that the food was barely warm, at best. I guess it's time to find a new favorite place. PS: our server, Julian, was very nice and accommodating.

I view Blue as one of the top three fine dining restaurants in the Lehigh Valley. Consistently good food centered by a thoughtful menu. The service quality and ambience are top notch. Is a little pricey but well worth it. Nothing but praise here.

Food and service were excellent. My husband received a free piece of cake for his birthday which I thought was super sweet. I wish there was a tad bit more light at the table and if the music was a little lower.

Our family walked into the restaurant for Sunday brunch at 10:30. As was suggested, we had a reservation for the early brunch. Everything from eggs and sausage to stuffed French toast was good. The homemade donuts and walnut bread were especially well-received. Our server, Michelle, was quick with the coffee, suggestions, and refills.

Had a delicious meal here. We ordered wedge salad, tuna app, crab cake app, hummus app, steaks, salmon, baked potato and broccolini. Everything was delicious. They took note of allergies. Great service. Nice non-chain place to eat. We enjoyed it.
