Very well prepared meals - delish! Generous side dishes complimented the main courses. Service was outstanding - pleasant and professional (Thank you, Gabriella!) Ambiance was dignified but not ‘stuffy.' We will certainly return.
My wife and I were dining for our second anniversary, and the staff were on point. From our drinks, to appetizers, to our meal, it was all perfect timing. The steaks were both done exactly as ordered and tasted just like a top tier steakhouse should. Try the steak without any sauce first, it was prepared so well you don't need anything extra on it. They even offered a free dessert for our anniversary, but my wife and I happily declined. We were so full by that point. The staff were great all around to offer service, great job!!
Informed them that we were celebrating my husband's birthday and they did not bring out the dessert like they always do when celebrating a special occasion!
We have been going to Blue for years. The service was great, but the food was very disappointing. The burger sauce was so salty my guest couldn't eat it. My french onion soup was as thick as sludge and again very salty. The chopped salad was just okay. For the price, the meal was very disappointing. We did state to the waitress that the sauce was salty, but it was my son's birthday and didn't want to make him uncomfortable. However, we should have returned the burger and the soup. Not sure we will be going back.
We had a delicious meal, served by a gracious and kind staff. This was our holiday dinner and had 7pm reservations. We were treated as if we were the first... meaning that by that time on a holiday the staff could surely be tired and ready to call it a night. Justin, our server, was terrific!
Everything was perfect!

Very good for special occasions. I wish they would bring back the Banana's foster desert.
2022: Love their Calamari with the ginger honey sauce. I also like their salads, had the wedge and asked that they add the fried goat cheese, yummy 😋! Kayla was an awesome waitress.
2025: Really like their Strawberry 🍓 Arugula Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette and fried goat 🐐 cheese.

Love the steak here. The only reason for the 4 and not 5 stars is that the last 2 times I went was a disappointment. The food was over cooked. But 2 not so great services our of many wonderful ones is acceptable to me. The steak was medium not medium rare. But it was still tasty and not bad that it would get sent back.

Me and the wife were passing through and wanted to visit here for a second time. The food was just as great as the last time. Anytime we are in PA passing through we will always give this place a visit.

If you're vegetarian and this is not the place for you. Your only real options in the appetizer are a fried eggplant on a flatbread and a spinach artichoke dip, neither of which is remotely memorable. In the entree your only option is a vodka sauce pasta with wild mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes which while sound acceptable, in reality you would be hard-pressed to find any of those two ingredients in your family size portion of the rigatoni.
I would say the spinach pie or spanakopita in filo wrap initially tasted acceptable until you realized that the outer covering was not fully cooked.
About the service, less said the better. Our server seemed to ignore most guests and was not very pleasurable to interact with. In fact, this was generally the case even when we encountered other servers in the upper banquet area.
Vegetarian options: If you're a vegetarian, I highly suggest you forgo this restaurant. Your only options are pedestrian salads, appetizers that are an afterthought and a rigatoni pasta and vodka sauce. If you plan to go for the entree pasta then I suggest you tell them to double or triple up the vegetables and less than half the quantity of pasta if you want any interesting flavor and texture.
Kid-friendliness: This is not a child's friendly restaurant and the menu is not geared to accommodate children.
