Breadfermented offers delicious sourdough breads, including a popular sliced bread perfect for toasting or sandwiches, and a highly-recommended Japanese milk bread. Their loaves are fresh, flavorful, and reasonably priced, making them a great local find. The sourdough boule is considered the best in the area. The bread is amazing and fantastic, including the seeded rye, cinnamon raisin, and olive bread. Ida is the nicest person and is fantastic to communicate with, and her bread quality is always dependably fantastic. It is the best bread to digest and is highly recommended.
