It's been the best bread for me and my family to digest. At this point this is the only bread me and my family will eat. And Ida is the nicest person and is very very educated on her products. She answered every question I've ever had and has also giving me quite the education on her products,which is very helpful,especially with the sensitivity that me and my family share. I highly recommend her products to absolutely anyone weather they have sensitivities or not.
The bread is so amazing! I just love the sourdough. I've also had the seeded rye, cinnamon raisin, blueberry scone and almond bearclaw. Highly recommend. 🥰

The BEST sourdough! My personal favs are the flour, water, salt sandwich loaves and the olive bread. Ida is fantastic to communicate and arrange pick up with. Her bread quality is always dependably fantastic.
Thank you Ida for baking such wonderful sourdough breads.The sliced is my new favorite breakfast toasted or sandwich bread.The cranberry scones were full of fruit but a tad dense. Otherwise, great flavor.I appreciate all of it. ?

The loaves I ordered were all very good. We enjoyed them on Christmas morning very much. Very fresh and wonderful flavor from the different flours used. The Japanese milk bread was some of the most delicious sourdough I've ever had!!! Reasonably priced and super local, we loved it and will be back!

Everything I’ve tried has been fantastic!! My favorite is the cinnamon bun. It is soft, chewy and delicious. The cream cheese frosting is a perfect touch.

We have been in search of a good bread source since moving to the area and we were so happy to find breadfermented. The sourdough boule was amazing! Best in the LV for sure.
One word EXTRAORDINARY! The breads are Beautiful! All handmade you can taste the quality and freshness in every bite! I have not tried nor tasted anything better then this in the valley! I have yet a couple of more Testes to conduct which I am very sure it will not break and hold! My wife tried the sourdough pullman I had to stop her from eating it! I would recommend buying 1000%.
This bread is amazing! The texture and the flavor are the best I’ve had. The first sour dough bread I can eat without the guilt because it is healthy for me. I am so happy to have discovered this bread!
What delicious bread, and attractive to serve to guests! But the reason I eat this bread is because I can eat this bread! I could not digest wheat products for most of my life but now I can actually enjoy bread-! Since it is fermented, organic and non-GMO I feel great, not bloated. Game Changer !!!
