Pizza is great, no notes. Why can’t I call to place an order? I’m routed to a website with fees and other nonsense. I didn’t know the people working the counter were soo busy sitting at a booth that it impacted their ability to take orders by phone.
Picture this. You’re on your way home and want to order a pie or two for pickup. Now you have to pull over, look at your texts to select a link to go to a website and place an order.

They sent me a Supreme Pizza that was not as advertized. They substituted the Green Bell Peppers with Red Sweet Peppers. Then, when called on the phone, I was told there is no difference in the two but the color. Then hung up on me when I told them of the difference. I’m a cook. I will never spend another dime there.

I have never been inside Broad St Pizzeria and I’ve only ever door dashed their food- but I have ALWAYS been happy with my order and how the food turned out! Their chicken bacon ranch pizza is INCREDIBLE and I’ve also tried their salads and wraps as well which are fresh and high quality. I definitely want to visit in person soon and recommend them for your pizza needs whether on a food ordering app or in person!

I bought a small cheesesteak. The sauce was obviously straight from a jarprobably one of the worst cheesesteaks.
Decent pizza... Actually the garlic knots are better than the pizza. Good proportions.

Was feeling pizza, so I ordered the 12" pie and some fries at around 8:30. The doordash window never updated, showing a delivery time of 9:17 up until I cancelled at 9:50 (I need food, I haven't eaten since 1 o'clock, gonna order something that will actually get to me). Google shows a closing time of 9:30. I don't know if it's a doordash problem or a restaurant problem but if you can't deliver food close to closing make that known to a potential buyer. Would be one star, I waited almost an hour for food when they had no intention of delivering and the pizza looked good. Two stars because maybe they couldn't set up a "we can't deliver after X because the kitchen's closed" in doordash. I worked food service before, don't wanna tank your rating over that but cmon, I'm hungry.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. This place is terrible. First my order took almost 2 hours to get to my house, then they advertise on GOOGLE a Roma pie being a regular plain pie with added toppings. I order this and get a white pie with no sauce. Then they forgot my cannoli. When I called to tell them about their error, they got nasty, cussed at me in Spanish, and basically said I'm beat. Super unprofessional!! The pie was cold and dry. I basically paid 43 dollars to get a cold dry white pie with no sauce, no cannoli, and a 2L of soda. Do NOT order from here they don't care. The woman i poke to hung up on me. Here is a screenshot of their Google ad and what they gave me. I will never order from this fly by night place ever again.
