I have never been inside Broad St Pizzeria and I’ve only ever door dashed their food- but I have ALWAYS been happy with my order and how the food turned out! Their chicken bacon ranch pizza is INCREDIBLE and I’ve also tried their salads and wraps as well which are fresh and high quality. I definitely want to visit in person soon and recommend them for your pizza needs whether on a food ordering app or in person!

Was feeling pizza, so I ordered the 12" pie and some fries at around 8:30. The doordash window never updated, showing a delivery time of 9:17 up until I cancelled at 9:50 (I need food, I haven't eaten since 1 o'clock, gonna order something that will actually get to me). Google shows a closing time of 9:30. I don't know if it's a doordash problem or a restaurant problem but if you can't deliver food close to closing make that known to a potential buyer. Would be one star, I waited almost an hour for food when they had no intention of delivering and the pizza looked good. Two stars because maybe they couldn't set up a "we can't deliver after X because the kitchen's closed" in doordash. I worked food service before, don't wanna tank your rating over that but cmon, I'm hungry.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. This place is terrible. First my order took almost 2 hours to get to my house, then they advertise on GOOGLE a Roma pie being a regular plain pie with added toppings. I order this and get a white pie with no sauce. Then they forgot my cannoli. When I called to tell them about their error, they got nasty, cussed at me in Spanish, and basically said I'm beat. Super unprofessional!! The pie was cold and dry. I basically paid 43 dollars to get a cold dry white pie with no sauce, no cannoli, and a 2L of soda. Do NOT order from here they don't care. The woman i poke to hung up on me. Here is a screenshot of their Google ad and what they gave me. I will never order from this fly by night place ever again.
The Indian guy was rude towards my daughter and I when we came to pick up our food. That was our first and will be our last time ever going there.

Sadly, this restaurant popped up when I was trying to order food for Souderton. The print was so small and same exact name. I went to pick up my order in Souderton and they didn’t have it. It took three people looking at my receipt to see it was Bethlehem. I get it. I missed the tiny print but upon calling to ask if they’d do a refund since I lived over an hour away it was a hard and fast no. You know the price is marked up. It would have been nice to offer a partial refund for their cost. I just hope my 40.00 order was given to hungry people that could use a decent meal….but then Im reading about the roaches. So maybe better I didn’t receive my food. It would be nice to have some compassion. Just disappointed and SLICE app /web should really highlight their address better.

hen he pointed out the time so I said you know what I'll get it anyways when I went to pay, I realize that I only paid for two pizzas I was a little upset because I wanted a drink but I let it slide while I was waiting for my pizza to come out. I told them who I'm guessing is the manager that he should take down that sign that's outside that says lunch special if the lunch special is over because it's kind of deceiving because you see that sign from afar it's really big and he said no I don't have to take it down. I said well if the lunch special is over what's the point of having it he said no I am gonna leave it up. I said well can I order anything that's on there right now and he said no - I said so what's the point of having it up? He got upset with me and walked away, but another gentleman was working in their folding boxes he looked at me and kind of I could tell that he kind of agreed with what I was saying. The sign is pretty deceiving. The pizza is pretty good. The cheese tastes a little bland. The pepperoni is crispy and I like that very much. I was waiting at the door because I left my car door open, but the inside of the restaurant looked pretty nice. The manager needs to think about what he's doing. It's kind of tricky having that lunch special sign-up just to bring in the customers and then tell them no you can't order what's on that sign. It's pretty messed up.

Now I’m gonna start by saying I like broad street they’re usually consistent with the quality of food and service but tonight they were not. I got the large pizza, 10 wings, and soda for about $30 after tax. The wings were great 8/10 saucy fresh and paired with their ranch ?. The pizza however didn’t taste the same as it did before. They originally messed up the pizza and had to send a new one which is okay with me. They were willing to remake with no fuss. The customer service gets an A+. However even with the remake the cheese tasted SUPER SALTY and was CACKED on there. The sauce didn’t taste as sweet or as tomato based as usual; it’s one of the few things I liked about their pizza. Was it an off night new staff or a change of supplier etc ? Not sure but hopefully next time is better ?
