I ordered the chicken picatta, my husband ordered the chicken Fantasy and our son had wings and fries. The chicken that was used in the Picatta and fantasy meal were absolutely disturbing. It was so bland and looked very unappealing. It was probably boiled chicken from the looks of it with no seasonings. I should’ve took a picture but I had to throw it right in the trash because it made me sick looking at it.
Portions are huge which would’ve been a plus and worth the money if I actually enjoyed the food. Gave it a 3 because our son enjoyed the wings and fries.

Do not order Uber Eats and think the offers will be honored. It’s a total scam! Called the store and was told it’s not an offer. I have Pics I sent to them via messager, they viewed and would not respond. So sad, it was amazing place pre covid. The owners were very kind and customer oriented 😞

I don't typically leave bad reviews but my pasta dish had no fresh garlic, unripe tomatoes and Bella mushrooms instead of portobello. And it was very salty probably from garlic salt.

I ordered a grilled chicken Cesar salad via door dash from here last week and it was really good except for the chopped green olives (or whatever it was) in it. So, I called tonight for pick up, thinking I could ask them to hold it. He asked me to repeat my question and he seemed a bit out of it, lol....but it said no they couldn't hold the sliced olives. Guess I won't be ordering from there again. :(

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this amazing pizza place and I have to say, it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly staff and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The menu had a wide variety of options to choose from, but I decided to go with their signature pizza and I was not disappointed.
The pizza was cooked to perfection, with a crispy crust and fresh, flavorful toppings. Each bite was a delicious explosion of cheesy goodness that left me wanting more. The portion sizes were generous and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of food that was served.
Not only was the food amazing, but the service was top-notch as well. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to make sure that my dining experience was a memorable one. I truly felt like a valued customer and will definitely be returning in the future.

The pizza is good!! Very good. Calling to place an order is an issue. It was very difficult to understand the kid on the phone. It was short and to the point but not really clear. I'll go back anyway because good pizza is hard to find in this area.
If you would’ve asked me a week ago, I would have recommended Buona. But after this last order, I will no longer ever recommend them nor eat from them ever again. We placed an order for delivery through the Slice app and when we were told the order was on its way, we knew that the restaurant was only 10 minutes away. The estimate for our delivery in total (Making everything and delivery) was 45 minutes. It took the driver 40 minutes to make the delivery making the total time from order placed to delivery was over an hour 35 minutes, so that was not acceptable. We were willing to look past it as long as the food was good. We ordered the Vodka Garlic Knot Pizza which has Vodka sauce, crispy chicken, & fresh Basil. What we got was a Plain Cheese Garlic Knot Pizza; no chicken, no Vodka sauce, no Basil. The other items in our order (a House Rice Ball, Buffalo Chicken Rice Ball, and an order of French Fries) were all horribly burned. When we reached out to the restaurant to inform them of the problems, we were told that they made everything correctly and refused to do anything about it. Didn’t apologize for the messed up order, didn’t apologize for way too long delivery, and essentially told us screw you. Stay away from Buona, they don’t care about their customers.
