I've gone to this location plenty of times over the years. Most of the employees are very nice. Unfortunately on my last visit the cashier really seemed to not care at all about her job, nor the fact that she was at work. Then the dining area was completely empty when I sat down. Some guy walks in off the street with his own BK cup, goes right to the soda machine, fills his cup and then sits right next to me and is playing music loudly on a Bluetooth speaker. Not a good time.

Seems reasonable. Mobile order, drive 7 minutes + walk + wait, they ask my order. Another 3 minutes figuring out, order out. They seem to makeup at the end for the customer service. Instead a 2, maybe a 3. Not sure they sincere or not. However the case, I hope them the best. Sorry about the troubles.
Not sure I wanna experience this again and messed it up. So, I probably go elsewhere to avoid the awkwardness. 😅

The flavor is on the outside caused by the fire sear called the Mailard reaction. Thick burgers do not compare with thinner double burgers created by Burger King.

Went to eat inside Burger King for the first time in years and the costumer service was A1, Aka amazing. The food was fresh and the atmosphere was nice and clean.

I give them 2 stars only because on 2 different occasion I got food poisoning tru the drive tru so I won't be going back there no more I got lucky but I'm not taking no more chances.
I asked for 10 no plain cheese burgers and gotten 10 cheese burgers pickles.

If you pay online with mobile app and they are out of stock of an item, you will not get a refund and that is borderline theft. The manager was unable to provide steps for a refund including not providing store number or contact info for Regional Manager.
