let me begin by saying, this is not my first terrible, appalling, and disappointing experience with this specific Burger King location. for starters a regular occurrence is the wait time. never fails to disappoint me, be prepared to wait at LEAST 20 minutes at the window, not including the extra time you are doomed to wait if there is a line in front of you. the workers, are some of the most incompetent people I have ever encountered, I mean I begin to think that you have to be annoying in order to get hired here. now let me give you a little play by play. set the scene, after sitting in the car so long you begin to wonder how many state lines you could’ve crossed at this point, when finally the window flings open and bags are shoved in your face. you nicely ask the worker ā€œcould I have some zesty sauce pleaseā€ and the worker snaps back ā€œI put it in the bagā€ we look in the bag to find a mere 2 packets of zesty sauce, we had 3 orders of onion rings so I believe there should be a MINIMUM of 3 zesty sauces in the bag. politely we reiterate ā€œokay can I have some extra pleaseā€ the worker reluctantly smacks one more packet of zesty sauce in our hand. all that back and forth took longer than it would have to just put on a customer service smile and say ā€œokay here you go!ā€ like is that so hard?? you work at BURGER KING. get it together. the service, wait time, and accuracy of the orders are appalling. I don’t believe I have ever left this burger king satisfied. do better.

Worker was too bothered by hating his job to take proper precautions when putting the lid on fresh coffee. It spilled onto my hand when I picked it up because the lid was barely attached and popped off

put a mobile order in, waited about 20 minutes for our food. fries aren’t event fully cooked, drinks were warm and flat from the machine, burger barely had any sauce when i ordered extra. then on top of that, one worker wiped his nose with his hand and then handed me my bags of food, absolutely disgusting & DEFINITELY a food safety hazard.

Slowest Burger King ever. Sat in the drive thru for 8 minutes before someone took my order and then they took the car that came in after me, first. Total time from getting in line to leaving was 20 minutes.

The slowest BK you will ever experience. I waited 30 minutes for my order and saw the same for everyone else or worse. A person wait 45 minutes! I was close to asking for a refund. By the time my order came out the burger and wrapper were super greasey. The pickles that I asked not to be on it where indeed on it (im alergic but alway check. Thankfully its not serious). I ate it in the restaurant but felt very judged as there were 30 other people waiting for food too, so I inhaled it.

Something needs to be done. Management change absolutely. And hire 4 more people per shift! You'll drown in bad reviews and fail your audits. I don't work fast food but I work hospitality. You'll loose your brand. And if you are a franchise, ownership, you better take this seriously.

People clapped when an order became ready. It was funny for us. But embarrassing for you.

They are paying for any 5 star reviews. I will be reporting them to Burger King and the city.

If I could rate the burger king on schoenersville road zero stars I would. The wait is always over 15-20 for your food and they always forget things in your order. Also, had to be refunded one day and no one in the store knew how to do a return.
