Staff is always upset here ordered ahead got there 10 minutes after assigned time they did not even start the food prep yet when I asked why I was told online orders do not get made until you arrive. So why do you order ahead on large orders ?. The didn't have some of the items we ordered. Had to go online and request refund as per manager ordered online request your refund online... sad cause we always tip when we have larger orders but this store was not trying at all

If I could give them no stars I would. I always give places the benefit of the doubt... But the drive thru took me 25 minutes.... There was only one other car in line and he looked like he was waiting for some time before being helped.... and not an apology for the wait, the guy at the window didn't offer any form of greeting just expected me to hand payment and didn't say anything when handing me food. Just terrible, terrible customer service. And for me to have to wait in the drive thru for over twenty minutes is ridiculous. Never again will I return to this location.

Went to drive thru. Love BK Burgers BUT, VERY DISAPPOINTED that they don't have mustard packets at EVERY Burger King. I very rarely get to have "It My Way!"
Nice spot for a quick breakfast. The dining room is pretty fancy and always clean when I come here. It's nice to get out of the car for a few minutes.

Every. single. time. I go to this burger King. Night, day, afternoon, mornin weekend, weekday. They are always out of Everything. Every single time. It is always and I mean always a disappointment to come here. Management needs to do better stocking this location. Because it is absolutely insane Everytime I go I have to compromise something that I wanted because they are out of it.Nobody will read this review. It's burgerking. And nothing will ever change. But it made me feel better writing this review, stuck in the drive thru, because after I decided I'm not getting anything this time, I waited 25 minutes to get out of the drive thru.Shame on me.

Sloowwww, why are there double lanes. It should speed up the ordering process but it never does. Especially if you order your way and customers complicate their orders. If you know what you'll like then order drive thru but if u have a complicated order go in to order especially those who are their lunch break waiting on you to finish its good that it's busy but don't take your time while ordering

They were understaffed, overwhelmed, and hitting about 75% accuracy during dinner time on Saturday. Plan for delays during "peak" times. 15 minutes for an 8 piece nugget.
