Took way to damn long for a burger, so much for fast food!
I get there and there's no business at all, yet it takes more than 5 minutes just to have someone take my order, and then a ridiculous amount of time to prepare the order, all while the staff are displaying no sense of urgency whatsoever. What was supposed to be a leisurely stop on the way to work became a matter of me hurriedly eating breakfast in the car on the way to work.

Before writing this review I read others and saw many people had the same experience so I hope management is reading.
This is by far the slowest fast food place I've ever been to. If you go to the drive thru, expect to wait 10 minutes if there's no other cars and 15-20+ if there are other cars. I don't blame the employees, they are clearly understaffed. Management needs to hire more people or do something different to attract/retain employees.
As anyone in business knows, if a company is poor performing it is the fault of management, not employees. I hope management is reading this and whoever owns this BK should be ashamed. Do better. The McDonald's across the street is always 10x more crowded and you still get your food faster. That means they are well managed. A poor business is a top-down problem.

Just ordered a whopper jr meal about 10 mins ago. I went to go eat and there is no lettuce? That's disappointing if they don't know how to make a jr version of their signature burger.

My family placed their order and didnt get any food for about 20 minutes. We have been waiting, thinking the workers are just taking long. But, once my mother got up and asked, they never even made a single piece of our order. I overheard one of the workers asked, “why didnt you tell us?” Are we in the wrong for assuming they were making out food and just taking so long? Now we have to stick around and wait for more time.
Everything was prepared well. Good job boys.
15 minutes for two Whopper Juniors in the drive-thru is crazy to me.
The burgers were well made it was Sunday just before 1:00 but there wasn't a long line so I don't understand it.

This used to be a pretty solid location, I don’t know what happened in the last couple of years. Service is consistently slow. Spending 20+ minutes waiting for your food while dining in seems to be the norm anymore. Then when you finally do get your order, you gotta go back up because they messed up your order and wait another 10+ minutes before a worker acknowledges you and corrects your order. Then after 30+ minutes, when you think you can finally sit down to eat, you discover that your fries are soggy or undercooked and your burger is room temperature.
For the ridiculous cost of fast food these days, you’d think the quality of the food and service would go up. Instead, cost goes up and the quality of everything goes down significantly. That’s what happens when your franchise is fueled by corporate greed and profits. It’s obvious that cost hikes are being used to fill the pockets of rich millionaires, instead of going towards increasing employee wages and benefits. Shame on BK and independent owners!
