My wife and I stopped in here over the weekend for an early dinner. We were seated in the Tapas area, but ordered from the Cachette menu. We both ordered crepes. At first glance they may seem a bit expensive, but they were full meals. They came out quickly, tasted great, and were very nicely prepared and presented. Our server (Juan, I believe?) was great as well. Attentive and helpful. Overall a great experience.

I'm a fussy eater and I was thrilled at how wonderful my meal was! One of the best I ever had. The staff was also very pleasant and attentive. I highly recommend.

I was very disappointed by the hostess. I understand that it is a busy season and that not many tables might be available but we did not appreciate her micro aggressive comment. We did not get a wait time for how long the wait would have been and she recommended a mexican restaurant that’s across the street. Just because our group is mostly made up of hispanics, doesn’t give her the right to only suggest that when there are other restaurants available. I’m pretty sure not everyone is like this at the restaurant and is nice but our group did not appreciate the hostess and her attitude.

I took my friends out to dinner and they are Vegan. I chose the creperie because of the vegetarian options, unfortunately they do not understand the difference between vegan and vegetarian( vegan is no meat egg dairy). After explaining to the waiter, the salad they ordered came with bruschutta on top. When asked about the dressing ingredients we were told they are secret and they would not disclose ingredients. I ordered an entre that was not even brought out and when I questioned the waiter he had no clue. They did not even give us utensils or napkins we had to ask after our meals were served . Awful service. The humus was very good, or we all would have left hungry. I was very embarrassed bringing my friends here!Dietary restrictions: They do not understand the meaning of vegan even after explained. No cheese, eggs, meat of any kind. Why not have an option for a salad with vegetables, no cheese oil and vinegar on the side???

Very nice menu, lot of options. Decided on the Crepes and Hummus. Very crowded (on a Saturday), the wait wasn't too bad. Maybe 10 minutes. The service was good, and the server was friendly. Had a nice table in a nook by the window. The bar area was loud but no disturbing. Street parking.

My family and I went here for lunch today and it was not a good experience at all. With all of the choices of places to eat in Bethlehem PA, I would NOT recommend this restaurant. As I walked back to the parking garage after the rest of the day shopping, we passed by many many eateries and I regret not going to another place to eat and I regret not reading the reviews on this restaurant before eating there. Although the wait wasn’t that long and it was not that busy, the service was terrible. It took an exorbitant amount of time to get glasses of lukewarm water. Our server had no personality and barely spoke. We waited a very long time to order and also waited a very long time to get our food. My food (a salad from the tapas menu) came first and my husband’s and daughter’s crepes came to our table 10 minutes later. I waited for a few minutes and then started eating because the chicken on my salad would have gotten cold. My other daughter’s crepe came out a few minutes after that. After waiting that long, we all started eating and unfortunately we were extremely underwhelmed. My daughter ordered the BLT crepe and it had no bacon on it. None. The server (or anyone for that matter) never came over to see how our food was or if we needed anything . I had to flag down our server (and I noticed in other reviews this has happened as well to get any attention) and I told her that my daughter’s crepe is just (very dry) crepe, lettuce and tomato. She said okay and pretty much just walked away. 10 minutes later a 7 or 8 year old boy brought a side plate with partially cooked microwaved bacon slices, dropped it off and walked away. Our server never came back to our table for the rest of the time we were eating. I flagged our server over and I expressed to her how dissatisfied we were with our service and our daughter’s meal and asked to speak to the manager on the floor. A few minutes later I spoke to the manager ? and told her that I would like her to comp my daughter’s meal. She didn’t bat an eye. But I went on to say that the service was terrible and our server never came back to our table. She said she was shy. At that moment, a diner sitting at the table next to us told the server to take back her soup, that it was inedible. Our server only came back to drop off the check and to say she was sorry about the crepe. In a nutshell, with all the choices of restaurants in this lovely tourist town, I would find elsewhere to eat and enjoy a nice meal with your family and friends. The curbside vibe that this restaurant lures you in with does not match the food or drink served. I strongly recommend doing your research and finding a better place to dine and spend your money.

Delicious French crepe with beef, mushroom, onion, and gravy. Great value. Service was good, though initially tried to seat us in the Mexican music tapas side of the place.

This place was seemingly connected to the, “Tapas on main”. After the nearly 50 minute wait time we were seated in this Bistro. As stated in my post on the “Tapas”, the service was horrible. We literally have to wave down a waitress to pay attention to us. And bring some water to the table. They served me water in a broken class and we had to send the drinks back to be re-made. Our food came out in almost an hour, and was less than stellar. To be completely honest the only thing in this place that stood out in this place was the bathroom decor.

Went to Cachette Bistro and Creperie plus Tapas on Main (attached restaurants). The French Onion soup was too salty to eat (and didn’t remove from bill when told). Calamari was not good; rubbery and flavorless except for a bitter aftertaste. Salmon crepe used store bought smoked salmon slices which made it too rich and salty. Paella was mostly good except the liquid was not fully soaked up so it was a bit soggy in the bottom. And the chorizo was “hillshire farm” so not very authentic. Too light in the saffron and too tomatoey which made it the wrong color. Otherwise tasty and the seafood was cooked appropriately. Seafood chowder a bit too watery. We also had the Mac and Cheese which was quite good. And the beer prices were fair.I give it a 3 out of five. Good effort, but needs work.

The French Crepe was a great combo with the caramelized onions and the meat and gravy. It was an amazing dish. Highly recommend this place.

Ordered the Sweet and Savory crepe and the Dark Side crepe. the sweet and savory was lacking enough brie to balance the sweet of the pears and honey. The dark side was as described. Service was slow, even though it was not busy. Enjoyed outdoor seating on a pleasant day.

I was excited to go here for the first time in a few years, but was very disappointed. My water had a tiny leaf in it and the waitress returned with the same glass when I asked for a new glass (I think she literally just walked around the restaurant and did not get a new glass). Then, I ordered the Mac n cheese and paid $4.50 to add chicken and kale. Those ingredients were listed together on the menu, but I was charged an extra $1 for kale, totally $5.50. In total, my Mac n Cheese alone was $18, which I thought was way overpriced. And while I eating, I picked a small hair out of the meal. I will not be dining here again.

Horrible experience. After we were seated at a table had to go inside to get a server. We ordered our food and after 30 minutes the server returned with our waters to tell us my girlfriends food can not be made. As she was looking again at the menu my food now 45 minutes later was delivered. But after the server left real quick we had no silverware. I had to go in to let someone know I had food that was getting cold with no silverware. After another 15 minutes I ask for a manager and silverware. Manager came over but still no silverware for my now cold food and my girlfriend was never asked for what she wanted. I told the manager since we had cold food for me and nothing for my girlfriend we were going somewhere else. Manager did not care about the bad experience we had so we ate at a great place up the street.Do not eat at this place. Bad service and horrible manager!!Keith
