The lobster tail was delicious very crunchy and creamy it tasted fresh baked. The rainbow cake was not that great it comes already pre-packaged. It had it a couple of time before and it was very until they changed it.

Just walked by and so then icing a cake take the icing and putting it down the counter then picking it back up a putting it back on the cake with a red cleaning bucket right next to the cake lady said her boss told them to do it that way I told her it's cross contamation plus cleaning bucket right there shelf are empty told us to go and they won't serve us i said i watch them make the cake in las vegas and they put it back in a bowl not on the side of tge counter this place needs a good cleaning plus only were one glove then pulling your pants up awful buddy this place needs help

Overpriced cakes that were a few days old, very disappointed

What a disappointment . Was at the Casino for a trade show. Went to the bakery around 1:00 pm, to bring home dessert. Went in, no staff. Looked, and then saw an employee in the “kitchen.” I knocked on the window and she gave me a 1 minute gesture. We were ready to order a few cannolis and some eclairs, they looked so good! Looked back to the kitchen which is all visible by a clear glass viewing area and the girl that just gave us the 1 minute gesture was picking up a full frosting bag, started frosting a cake. We will never know… as we passed by the further end of glass… she never even looked up! Fail.

I purchased the rainbow cake. It was horrible. It fell apart when I cut it, almost into crumbs. I ordered it in advance, but when I got there they had no record of the order. I was expecting a fresh cake. Not the frozen horrible cake I was given. Don’t waste your money, not worth the $40.

Workers hiding in the back. Store was with no employees in the front for about 10 minutes. When the one employees decided to do her work, she got mad because we ask for a coffee.

Dont bother even going here, dont even order a cake from these people. They are amateurs. I ordered a cake which did not taste fresh and should have been discarded. To make things worse they misspelled the happy birthday and the name that was requested for the cake, eventhough they asked for the spelling of the name they managed to get it wrong, completely ruining the occasion. When I called in to complain and ask what happened, they just kept me on hold. So dont give these guys a chance.

The service is horrible u wait and wait. And don't advise them that the cream is sour that was just put in your coffee cuz they will stick their nose in and say"no its not" danishes are stale and don't tell them that either .... they don't even try to fix the

Cute place. Desserts are yummy. Staff is pleasant and cheerful.

I went into the store in the outlet mall by the wind Creek casino. Beautiful slices of cake were on display. When I asked for a slace of one of the cakes I desired I was given a list of everything I would have chosen as not available to be sliced today. If you are going have items on display but not available. There should be a sign telling customers so. Had there been a sign, I actually would have bought an entire cake. This is not the first time I've been disappointed at Carlos.
