Ordered via Grubhub. The store ran out of hot fudge at 7pm on a Saturday night and instead of calling to ask if we would like a substitution, they simply sent the driver off without 2 of the 4 items we ordered AND those items were for our kiddos. Never again!!!

I got a mini frozen cake, it tasted like the whole thing was freezer burnt. Even the sprinkles tasted off. Walmarts Carvel cakes are better.

We drove 22 minutes to come eat icecream to try something new. And when we arrive it’s closed. We arrived at 9 and they show they are open till 9:30. Absolutely horrible and will never come again and all my family is disappointed so you will be receiving one stars from us

I really don’t know what happened to this location, but the ice cream is actually horrible. It tastes like sandpaper. The quality has been going downhill for a few years now, but it’s really bad lately. I really don’t recommend them, but they’re the only ice cream store on this side of town.

This place has the rudest girls working here on Friday night...they were obnoxious and started cleaning up at like 8:30 around us and stared at us like they wanted us to leave because we were there an entire hour before they close. They turned off the open sign at 9 and I said I thought you guys closed at 9:30 and the girl said in a really nasty tone that they clean early so they can be out by 9:30 and rolled her eyes. They also had all the chairs up on the table and we had nowhere to sit and the 8 of us stood there eating our ice cream and they could care less. I wonder if the owner knows these girls act like this.
