So I went in and got a small ice cream cake it cost 26.99 asked if it had chocolate crunch layer and was told ye. The box confirms it does also. I cut it and plated it. Guess what no crunch layer. What gives??Very disappointed bday kid today who wanted that cake. I traveled from Nazareth just for that cake.

Ice cream cakes used to be better. The store bought one is better in my opinion...almost no cookie crumble things in the middle no fudge which I swore they used to use ...it was extremely plan and wasn't cheap.

The girl that likes to have her black Bluetooth earphones in at work has a bad attitude. Our order was very simple we said one thing at a time and we said it clear as day. The girl forgot to put the toppings on each item every single time and got an attitude when nicely corrected. The attitude wasn’t verbal it she didn’t speak until it was time to pay. But you can tell she had attitude because when asked for the toppings again she rolled her eyes each time and stomped away with attitude. Very childish. I smiled to her multiple times and said thank you when she handed me things and I got silence and a straight face. I understand everyone has bad days but don’t take it out on customers that didn’t do anything to you. Weather or not you think it’s a “professional job” you need to always act professional. I did think it was a race thing at first but the customers before us were not people of color and she had the same attitude towards them as well. So I’m glad to say this wasn’t a race thing but it is very annoying to have a great day and be nice to people and then they have a nasty attitude towards you. I was going to leave a nice tip too but after that service I couldn’t tip anyone. Other than the service the ice cream was amazing so was the cones and toppings!

We had a horrible experience. We were not able to order a cake at Carvel. Why because there's only one person that is able and they are in the hospital. At least that's what the teenagers said that was running the place. They were very rude and talked down to us after we tried to ask some questions. Dear Carvel don't leave your store to a couple of minors with an attitude.

0rdered a medium cup which was filled with less than half of what the cup can hold..what a rip off....save your money.. .

Rude and unfriendly staff. i asked for a pint and she filled up nearly a half gallon. I told her three times this isnt a pint but she insisted so i got stuck paying for twice the amount i asked for. $16 for this half gallon and a cup of ice cream.

Very few flavors, most not labled. But, mostly they dont know what a pint is. I asked for a pint and she proceeds to fill up nearly a half gallon of ice creamI told her several times that was not a pint and she insisted. I had to pay for double the ice cream i actually asked for. Staff was unfriendly. Place is dirty and run down.
